Was looking for a close smoke shop to where I was staying and came across this one so decided to check them out. They ended up being a good choice. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in since they appear like a small shop from the outside. They had plenty of options available for pretty anything you might need smoking wise. I ended up finding everything I was looking for and at a reasonable price. The gentleman working was polite, patient and very helpful. So if you're in need of a good smoke shop i highly recommend this one!! read more

The people there are friendly and helpful. They always have cartons of my brand of cigarettes. I like that they have a big inventory of Incense, lots of choices. read more

Ruuuuuude as fuck. Started giving me attitude the moment I walked in. Only got worse when I asked a simple question. I didn't end up buying anything. I did, however, enjoy stepping all over and dirtying the clean wet floor on my way out. read more

The place is clean service is fast and ok the guys don't really like to smile all that much but prices are good

Every time I come here I have a terrible experience. Bad customer service, over priced glass, and he threw a piece on the ground to show how strong the glass was, so I was like ok I'll get that, but then he hands me a totally different piece of glass. Honestly I don't know why I always give this place a chance. Today I went in at 9:25pm and they close at 10 -_- Just go somewhere else read more

Your company kinda sux because I looked up on Yelp and tried to call and there's no link!!! We were on our way but not now!!!

Never the type to give a bad review unless my experience is horrible.I live right around the corner so its the closest tobacco store near me I came here once to check out tobacco pipes left because i felt uncomfortable I felt they were watching me as if I was going to steal something ignored it and came back one more time again this young girl mid 20's keeps watching me like I'm either going to steal or not. buy anything she was not helpful at all and when I asked her to come get the glass pipe I had wanted she stood there acting like she couldn't do it because I was to close to the glass door when I wasn't these, people seem to be racist! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! read more

I went in there today to ask about cohiba cigars. All I saw was a majority of hookas and bongs and paraphernalia for smoking pot. In the back of the store, there is a sub standard walk in humidor. I asked this guy about Cohiba's and he acted like I was some kind of a$$hole. I then asked him about a book about cigar identification and he tells me "LOOK ON THE INTERNET!" Not only am I never going to go in there again, I will NOT recommend this store to ANYONE!! DO NOT SHOP THIS JERKS STORE!! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Racist Bigot! Went to buy tobacco and sunglasses and while trying on sunglasses he was standing a foot away from me acting as if I was going to steal them. I asked if there was a issue and he said "NO!" very angrily. I asked if it was because i was a Hispanic, and he said "does not matter! Closing for lunch, you need to leave". I told him i would come back later to look at sunglasses and he said "do not come back here". Very rude and angry man discriminating against other races. Do not support this business. read more

This place has always had whatever I'm looking for. Whether it's hookah stuff vape stuff pipes or tobacco, I've been able to find it here at a decent price. Personally I've had good experience with customer service. I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

I went here the other day with my girlfriend for like the second time this year. totally forgot how expensive this place was. I was looking for a certain something but was barely helped at all and when i was it seemed like it was a chore for the older man (possibly owner) who was helping us. Got made fun of by the older man for trying to get a second opinion from my girlfriend. Which would of been totally ok if the guy was nice or friendly, because then it would of been a joke. after a while the man just looked at us and went back in to his office in the back until we had to call him back out to ring us up. to conclude, there are Nice things in there but way to expensive and bad customer service, totally not worth it. read more

there are not that many tobacco shops in orange county that focus on hooks or shisha only. these guys are decent, they have a decent selection of tobaccos and accessories for hooks. their prices are reasonable. Classic Cigars its good for people who are new to making hookas at home. For more advanced people there are other shops that will be better with different types of exotic tobbacos but more further out. read more

Classic Cigars - Outside - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Anaheim, California

This shop is under NEW ownership! Great service and fair on prices. I recommend giving them a try!

Went in for to get some cigs and noticed he was charging more than a dollar more for a pack. The short bald gentlman who seems to be the owner blurted to just "go go go to cvs then" in a very rude manner then just walled into the back to his office. I don't smoke anymore but cvs is much cheaper for cigs and embassy cigars has excellent service. They are located just on the other side of the 91. Less then 5 mins from this place. read more

Wow the owner was so rude! I walked in the owner didn't look up from his phone once! He didn't even say hello! During my transaction the only word he said was "ya" when I asked for a specific brand! I will never come back here again. read more

Not a good place for real cigar aficionados. They have just your average cigars here.

The prices aren't great but bearable, what kills it is the service. Worst ever. Would never recommend this place to anyone, he wants you out soon as possible and doesn't even let you look around, how he kept the store running this long I don't know, because anyone whose ever been there once would never go there again. 0/5 stars. read more

The business is now called Master Cigars and the man that helped me was kind and patient. I got a new piece for $10, score!

We've been cominh here for about 6 months now. Once you get to know Nabir he is really an awesome man. If you're cool with him he's great with you. If you go in acting like a dumbass know it all, he'll put you in your place. We go for hookah supplies, and his prices are great. He'll even special order flavors for us. read more

Wow this guy is a jerk. I'm never in the Anaheim Hills area and this guy never wants me to come back. I was in the area visiting a friend and on my way leaving I decided to stop by. I walked in and he gave me a really dirty look. I asked how much Camel filters were and he answered real rude. He said it was 6.25 but charged me 7.30. I told him why he said something about a fee. I ended up paying for it, need my nicotine fix. As I walked out, he mumbled something under his breath. Really? How professional. It was my first and last visit to this sad excuse of a smoke shop. read more

I will never go here again. Ever. The owner walked in after me from sitting out front and just stared at me. He then continued to ask if he could help me. I told him I was simply looking at what flavors they carried and how much they were. He said I can look at the prices at the corner's 99 cent store that would be more suitable for me. And I told him, thank you (even though it was completely rude). And he continued to say "thank you, now good bye" even though I wasn't finished and was thinking about buying something. I would give this place zero stars if I could. read more

I will never buy from Classic Cigars! They have terrible customer service and high prices. I wouldn't mind spending a little more to help out the little man but their service is horrible! I've been to the store a couple of times, hoping for a different worker, but I always got this grumpy old man. I don't know how he stays in business. read more

I have been treated very well here. The owner has always been helpful and friendly. Granted, I don't buy cigars or hookahs , just cigs, but never a problem. The Sunday guy knows his stuff. Give them a chance. read more
