Was looking for a close smoke shop to where I was staying and came across this one so decided to check them out. They ended up being a good choice. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in since they appear like a small shop from the outside. They had plenty of options available for pretty anything you might need smoking wise. I ended up finding everything I was looking for and at a reasonable price. The gentleman working was polite, patient and very helpful. I went in there today to ask about cohiba cigars. All I saw was a majority of hookas and bongs and paraphernalia for smoking pot. In the back of the store, there is a sub standard walk in humidor. I asked this guy about Cohiba's and he acted like I was some kind of a$$hole. I then asked him about a book about cigar identification and he tells me "LOOK ON THE INTERNET!" DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Racist Bigot! Went to buy tobacco and sunglasses and while trying on sunglasses he was standing a foot away from me acting as if I was going to steal them. I went here the other day with my girlfriend for like the second time this year. totally forgot how expensive this place was. I was looking for a certain something but was barely helped at all and when i was it seemed like it was a chore for the older man (possibly owner) who was helping us. Got made fun of by the older man for trying to get a second opinion from my girlfriend. there are not that many tobacco shops in orange county that focus on hooks or shisha only. these guys are decent, they have a decent selection of tobaccos and accessories for hooks. their prices are reasonable. Classic Cigars its good for people who are new to making hookas at home. For more advanced people there are other shops that will be better with different types of exotic tobbacos but more further out. read more

Went in for to get some cigs and noticed he was charging more than a dollar more for a pack. The short bald gentlman who seems to be the owner blurted to just "go go go to cvs then" in a very rude manner then just walled into the back to his office. I don't smoke anymore but cvs is much cheaper for cigs and embassy cigars has excellent service. They are located just on the other side of the 91. Less then 5 mins from this place. read more

We've been cominh here for about 6 months now. Once you get to know Nabir he is really an awesome man. If you're cool with him he's great with you. If you go in acting like a dumbass know it all, he'll put you in your place. We go for hookah supplies, and his prices are great. He'll even special order flavors for us. read more

Wow this guy is a jerk. I'm never in the Anaheim Hills area and this guy never wants me to come back. I was in the area visiting a friend and on my way leaving I decided to stop by. I walked in and he gave me a really dirty look. I asked how much Camel filters were and he answered real rude. He said it was 6.25 but charged me 7.30. I told him why he said something about a fee. I ended up paying for it, need my nicotine fix. As I walked out, he mumbled something under his breath. Really? How professional. I will never go here again. Ever. The owner walked in after me from sitting out front and just stared at me. He then continued to ask if he could help me. I told him I was simply looking at what flavors they carried and how much they were. He said I can look at the prices at the corner's 99 cent store that would be more suitable for me. I will never buy from Classic Cigars! They have terrible customer service and high prices. I wouldn't mind spending a little more to help out the little man but their service is horrible!
