The store itself is pretty nice and clean, great display of products. It has some pretty welcoming vibes my first time here which was nice. All the staff I've encountered since then have been pretty nice and chill, and informative. Products itself were great and are pretty legit compared to a couple other places I've tried out. Reading the reviews, it becomes clear to me that this place clearly has faulty vapes. One of the vapes I bought here was faulty as well. I came in to ask if I could get a replacement because well.. it was blinking & spitting out the juice. Not going to lie though, it became messed up after 2 weeks (I bought it for a friend & she didn't tell me til later prob because it started deteriorating) and I told them that. He said, "why would you come back a few weeks later about it, we don't do exchanges once it leaves the store." So I understood that because ngl he has a point lol. He said I can hook you up though and get you a discount if you want to buy a new one. So we did, and the discount was 10%... 10% can get you a lot, but it's the fact that he lied about hooking up like bruh the yelp CHECK is 10% lmao I could have used that to get a discount too? Anyways, I see why they have so much stuff on sale now.. the deals are pretty good but clearly they ain't selling good products. Sad b/c it's close to my house but $25 for an elf bar or daze? So upset,I go here ever week to get a new Lost Mary pen, and the one I had was about to run out of juice so I stopped in yesterday on my way home and made sure to pick up a new one. Open it the next day and it wouldn't hold charge. The screen on it said full juice but 00% on the battery. I went back and they would not replace it. To me a key to businesses is customer service. If you have a problem, bring it up and find a resolution, well an honest one. Purchased an item, tried to inform the employee of the problem, employee claimed it was ok. Still didn't believe him, called the manufacturer to find out the truth. It feels they will tell you anything for a sale. I don't mind price. But if I go to you for a product you should be well educated on it, don't you think? Because if not I well as mind buy it online. But it did annoy me to have to call other places to verify if your were being honest or not. Do your research and be cautious before buying. Oh I did get a discount, but it cost me more than the discount to fix the issue directly from the manufacturer. Also, get a receipt. As you can see, I have been to this place a good amount. I'm not a first timer. This WAS my go to spot. And my item was not a $10 disposable vape. If you purchase a $200+ item, you would expect more from a company. So all in all, I had to call 10 other smoke shops to find my missing piece, just for them and the manufacturer to tell me I was correct and my kit should have had the missing piece. Now I have to pay for it to be shipped to me. A $20 piece... I am disappointed. I expected more from this place.. I didn't mind paying $20 for the replacement. I do mind being lied to when I am just trying to clear something up. I have no trust in them, ill take my business elsewhere. They did reach out and try to fix things. After I went through my troubles and already purchased my replacement.. But at this point I don't want anything to do with a company I can't trust. UPDATE: owner replied he does not know what item I am talking about, when prior to this review I spoke to a "manager" at the shop who apologized and said he will try to "stock" my missing item on their social media. Came here a few days ago to buy a mod set up. 5 stars for the service. The mod I haven't liked so far because there is a major issue with seal under coil. First coil the rubber "o"seal was missing under coil so crazy leak. Second coil there is a leak because the rubber seal is not good. This could just be an issue with a bad batch of coils. This is the manufacturers fault though. Overall I really like the service at this shop so I'll stop by again. read more

The guy that helped me out was very friendly, informative, and patient. (Didn't get his name though, so that's a bummer.) I came to purchase a PUFF Xtra twist disposable and I only had it for less then a day to find out it was a defective. I came the next day to ask for an exchange with my receipt, but they wouldn't do an exchange even though it was defective and not working. (His name starts with C) Jittery, breathing loudly & couldn't stand still while we were having a convo.. and he moved back and fourth as if he were nervous which made me nervous LOL. ~when I bought a new coil for my smok prince and asked him to prime the tip for me (get your mind out the gutter) he over did it and it leaked everywhere on my fingers:::Service 2/5 As my husband and I walked in, there seemed to be a door going to the back office. When I got closer to the office a group of guys and girls popped out and it reaaakeeeddd of sweet precious Mary Jane. (Hey it's legal now) ~I'm big on strawberry milk cremes, like every vape shop I visit the first question I tend to pop is "what's your most popular strawberry" and the cashier didn't have any, apparently. So we just bought new coils which were $6.. At crown vapors they are $5, that extra dollar could be donated to the cashiers at the supermarkets who ask for CHOC! ~They had nice lounge chairs and bar chairs facing the EJuices, which they have a selection of but not many. Saltnics can be found here as well. Parking is great because the shop is way in the corner side and sorta hidden. Glad to find this place open nearby during covid19 lockdown. Called ahead of time to make sure they were open and had the items I wanted, just to be sure and sure enough they did! They use social distancing protocols to ensure there's not huge gatherings at the store which is awesome. Decent prices with a rewards program as well.
