Anyway, my first interaction with them was at the Anaheim Fit Expo in August 2016. They had a booth set up and my friend and I were able to actually talk to them and get more of a feel for their company. They had samples of their egg whites mixed with protein powder and we were able to try them for the first time. I was really impressed with the flavor. It wasn't as "snotty" as I thought it would be...you know, eggs especially the whites have a thick and snotty or slimy texture... Anyway, it was really tasty and creamy.
