You get something other than what you ordered, IF you get it at all. So I was a little leary about ordering a product that I had never tried, especially something as delicate as egg whites. Anyway, my first interaction with them was at the Anaheim Fit Expo in August 2016. They had a booth set up and my friend and I were able to actually talk to them and get more of a feel for their company. They had samples of their egg whites mixed with protein powder and we were able to try them for the first time. I was really impressed with the flavor. It wasn't as "snotty" as I thought it would be...you know, eggs especially the whites have a thick and snotty or slimy texture... Anyway, it was really tasty and creamy. My friend placed an order, but I wasn't ready to, yet. Fast forward to the Los Angeles Fit Expo this past January... There they were, again! We stopped by and spoke with Mac, who really explained everything in detail.
