I walked in here today, and I saw that this place has some spring-themed stuff. I walked by and saw that they sold honey-suckle as a handsoap and I was stunned because I associate honey suckles with something you suck the honey out of for fun for a lot of older generations that did this. This place even has a free hand washing station with lots of free soap you can use. I stupidly sprayed some air refresher on my hands and once I realized it was meant for the inside of your house. I quickly head over to the hand washing station to wash it off me. I was able to wash off the air refreshening spray liquid on my hands and wrists. ( and again, I have always received wonderful service from this and the approximately 7-8 additional locations I have been to over the years ) The first and most significant thing of interest to anyone reading this that has purchased Or is CONSIDERING PURCHASING one or more of their "Wallflowers Fragrance Plug" plug-ins. I am a loyal customer of Bath & Body Works. It started around 25 years ago when I found them to be an outstanding go-to for beautiful, and well received custom Christmas baskets for Office help and Family. I've done that now for many years. Most of my business there is for gifts year round. Candles, lotions, hand soaps, etc. all nice quality and selection. I like using wall plug scent diffusers in my home. What I USED to love about B&B one's was the fact that they were a cut above the glade and other brands like that. I prefer paying a little more WHEN I FEEL that the VALUE is there and I'm getting a better product. For many years it was. I liked the huge choice they offer such as faux white marble that matches our powder room, stainless steel look for the kitchen, maple wood trim, and special edition types for all the different holidays and seasons, and many that are scent adjustable. We have the fall leaves ones, and lots of very cool Christmas ones. ( I was pretty disappointed when they recently excluded them from available options for EARNED rewards ) Additionally, they always offer literally dozens of scents, also special releases geared toward the season and/or holiday. Such a great *concept*. The problem is that their quality has sunken to levels previously never seen. They frequently do not heat the bottle which is great if you want them to last indefinitely, but a horror story if you pay a ton of money to have them do absolutely nothing. In addition, they emit a greasy brown coating that is almost impossible to clean off. The second issue is their ***DISREGARD for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION*** By far, *the worst of any major or small company* that I have dealt with in recent memory. I spoke with a representative who was nice and understanding, but offered 0 solution possibilities. I asked to have it brought up to the appropriate person and asked that they call, text, or email me and got absolutely NO RESPONSE! That was actually several months ago. I think what inspired me to write this review/warning is their repugnant emails that I frequently receive telling me that my *reward is about to expire!* Then when I log in to my account, it tells me I have no reward. lol. Came in just to smell the Vera Bradley fragrance and ended up leaving with a purchase! I didn't realize the collection had multiple scents, and I was wanting to smell one of scents that only came in the kit. Alex asked me if I needed any help, and I asked if there was a tester. The store is always well organized and the staff are very friendly. They always check if you need help looking for something. BBW currently has its Semi-Annual sale with up to 75% select items. They ran out very fast so you had to come early. I like their body care products which are gentle to my skin and the scents last pretty long. This place is incredible and this location has nice service , a selection of items, from stuff for your home to stuff for your body , everything is amazing hand lotions, candles, sanitizer, sprays it's all awesome but you probably already knew that . It smells so good when all the different unique scents blend together as you first walk through the doors. I love Aromatherapy sleep body wash and Stressed relief body wash . For body scrub I like lavender vanilla. I always had their candles at home . This season I like Bright Christmas morning. One of my friend told me Bath & Body Works Dec 26 starts their semi annual sale for 3+ weeks...75% off select items, others @ 50% off. The other semi annual sale is usually in July. I finally got my hands on the strawberry snowflake since the other bath and body works store didn't have much varieties. The employee is very nice and friendly. Bubbles and good smells! I love walking into Bath & Body Works. It always smells so good inside the store! We were greeted right when we entered the store and offered a bag to put things in. My boyfriend was on the hunt for some soaps. He wanted some soaps that were "manly smelling." lol We found a section with woodsier like smells that were suitable for his needs. He loved the Mahogany Teakwood scent and grabbed a couple of those. We liked the Vanilla Cloud hand soap. This one was a bit sweeter, but not too overpowering. And lastly, he picked out the mahogany coconut. Mostly woodsy smelling with a slight coconut scent to it. The coconut was very light. I grabbed 4 of my favorite body spray, strawberry pound cake. I've had multiple bad experiences here. Every time I come to pick up my order, I'm met with constant attitude from the staff. They make it clear they don't want to help, and I was even told they wouldn't start preparing my order until I showed up in person. On one occasion, I was told they would only prioritize preparing my order if I was standing inside the store, even when I am right outside the store just to use the restroom, which makes no sense. Went here during COVID and I thought the staff is doing a good job of keeping things feeling safe and following local and state guidelines. They are only allowing a small capacity due to the small size of the store, so there is a line set up outside and the associates will let you enter when it is deemed okay. They were spraying and wiping things down to keep things feeling clean as well. I came for candles as that is really my passion. I burn about one 3-wick every two weeks, but I try to buy bulk in season, so I only come when I need a stock up. The largest issue with coming now is with other guests crowding and not minding distancing, but overall the store and the associates are doing a good job to keep everyone safe. Since this Bath & Body Works is located at the crowded Orange Outlets, it means they may be out of stock for some items. I came by to buy some travel sized lotion and spotted a Coconut Milk hand cream on display. I decided to buy one after sampling it, but the issue was I couldn't find a new one available. I asked one of the employees there if she had any more in stock and she checked the bottom drawers under the display shelves. Unfortunately, she said it was sold out. She didn't offer to cross-check with other nearby stores' inventory to see if they have any in stock. I suggest before you stop by, to look online at the B&BW website to see all the selections available. Have to just say , my wife and I just went to pick up an order that was around $70.00 and the girl was putting everything in one bag, we requested that it be split between two different bags because of weight and the girl absolutely refused! Nothing draws me into a store more than pretty Christmas scents and adorable displays, and this little store currently has plenty of both. This location may be small, but what it lacks in size it definitely makes up for in selection of wonderful candles and beautiful Christmas decor. This Bath & Body Works is a treat for the senses. Their Christmas candles are simply amazing, and there really is something here for everyone. From softer scents to stronger holiday scents, everything smells so delicious when you walk in the door. The customer service was wonderful here too. There were only two salespeople working, but they made sure to answer everyone's questions and ring up purchases quickly. Since the store was pretty busy, I thought this was quite a feat. They also had a great sale going on here as well. With the 4 oz. candle on sale for $5, I could really stock up on my favorites! I'm really glad I found this great location. I honestly feel bad for the employees that work at this location. I don't know who their district manager is, but they are SEVERLY lacking in logic. It's Black Friday. ONE.of.the.BUSIEST.shopping.days.of.the.year. Why would you implement a poor line system that's frustrating to customers and employees? In terms of set up, there was 6 registers open, and 4 lines in front of these registers. Think of it like this: (TR: temporary register. R: regular register) TR/R_/_R_/_R_/_R/TR 1. 2. 3. 4. Now this setup isn't a bad idea, as both temporary registers could have acted as overflow for the 1st and 4th lines; or, it could have been 6 lines and everyone could just go straight to the register they lined up in front of. However, according to the employees, the district manager of their location decided that a "paddle calling" system would function better. The ONLY time I have seen this work effectively is when everyone is in ONE line, with ONE or TWO employees at the head of the line, coordinating where customers should go; NOT FOUR DIFFERENT LINES with only TWO EMPLOYEES AT THE HEAD OF ONLY TWO DIFFERENT LINES. If the single-file line was implemented instead, that would have made the flow better,and reduce headaches for customers and employees alike. People were getting upset at the fact that the register that they would line up in front of would take customers from other lines before taking them. Again, in no way is it the employees fault. They were simply doing what they were instructed to do by upper management. In fact, a lot of the employees were very pleasant and helpful, and also very frustrated at the fact that they had to continue with a flawed checkout-line system. Who I DO place blame on is the incompetent district manager who thought the "paddle calling, 4 separate checkout-line with only two employees trying to guide customers from the four separate lines to different registers-instead of the ones they lined up in front of," was a good idea. It caused more trouble for employees, aggravated customers, and was all around awful. Although, I'm sure noone from the Bath and Body Works company is going to see this, I do hope that something is done about that district manager; and I hope the employees don't have to deal with such poor upper management next Black Friday. read more

I do not shop at Bath & Body Works often, but if/when I do it is only for anti-bacterial hand gel or candles. This store was fairly clean, well-lighted, organized and had a nice aroma the second you walk in. The workers were friendly and very helpful. Deducted a star because the hand washing sink where you can test different soaps/hand lotions were missing paper towels and messy. I was excited to see that this location currently has a special for 5 anti-bacterial hand gels for $5. They were well-stocked and offered a variety of fragrances to choose from. I can't say I purchased anything for myself (except of a small bottle of hand sanitizer- don't hold that against me), but this is a great one stop shop for gifts. The store is clean and, despite the fact it's at the Block, the mostly proactive staff keep the shelves organized and products in their correct spot. The overall staff is very friendly and helpful- I could do without the "This is our newest fragrance and incidentally it's my favorite... you HAVE to buy it" spiel- I'm either looking for something specific or getting gift cards; I have no interest in trying Black Amethyst hand lotion.
