This shop is such a breath of fresh air! Very friendly to first timers. The combination of TCG…read moreculture and vape culture is honestly genius; it feels natural, welcoming, and way more fun than your typical vape shop or card store. Whether you're stopping in to browse cards, grab supplies, or just hang out and talk shop, the vibe is always on point. Not once did i feel like they were looking down on me (i'm new to TCG). Huge respect to Dan and Adele for what they've built here. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the experience. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable about cards and took the time to help me get into OP (One Piece), which made a huge difference! No gatekeeping, just passion and solid guidance. That kind of energy definitely makes me come back. Wishing nothing but continued success for both of them. This place deserves to grow and I can't wait to see how it evolves. Highly recommend checking it out whether you're into TCGs, vaping, or both.

I normally wouldn't be writing a review of a smokeshop, but this is my local, tried & true, easy…read moreexperience smokeshop. I've been coming here for multiple years religiously. Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!

I've been out of the vape game for a couple years so I had no knowledge about disposable vapes available these days. I chose this place hoping I'd get a good deal and great service. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by a young lady that said she's the daughter of the owner. I let her know what I'm looking for and she guided me towards the right spot. I told her what flavor profiles I like and she recommended me her favorite, which was FLUM Pebble Arctic Icy. I'm not a heavy vaper so a 6,000 puff disposable was perfect for me. She apologized for talked so much but I really appreciated her insight with vapes and the knowledge she had for them. I signed up for their rewards program and left a happy customer. I will definitely be back for my vape needs and will recommend this place to family and friends.

Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh! I come a couple days later and still no product avail. Kinda annoyed. I'm a busy person and I take time out of my day ( and now have gone to ur store 5 times)to go to ur shop specifically and being told u still don't have the product that was supposed to be there two weeks ago is frustrating. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I saw some coils that might have matched but he didn't want to take the time to figure it out so I didn't push it. I wanted to buy 2 VV stick batteries, but they didn't have much stock of larger size batteries, I just bought any 2 900's I thought both were VV. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.
