As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by a young lady that said she's the daughter of the owner. I let her know what I'm looking for and she guided me towards the right spot. I told her what flavor profiles I like and she recommended me her favorite, which was FLUM Pebble Arctic Icy. I'm not a heavy vaper so a 6,000 puff disposable was perfect for me. She apologized for talked so much but I really appreciated her insight with vapes and the knowledge she had for them. I signed up for their rewards program and left a happy customer. Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!

There are bad businesses and then there are people that have NO business being in business. What…read morean absolute train wreck. I went inside to grab a Zyn. Never had been here before. I looked around for a minute to find the Zyn, all the while the one and only employee (who I assume is the owner based on his loud telephone conversation he was having) proceeded to pretend he had no customers. After finding the Zyn, I waited patiently for the employee to end his call so I can purchase the Zyns. This friggin' guy, with attitude pointed at me to tell him what I wanted. Now I am as easy going as it gets but I was starting to get peeved, but didn't react to this clown's lack of manners and I asked for two Zyns (priced at 4.99 on the Zyn sign). He proceeds to ring me up, after grabbing the wrong flavor I asked for, and the price jumps to almost double. I inquire and he tells me they are 8.99 each. Now for those who do not partake in nicotine pouches, Zyn has never been priced anywhere near 8.99. 5.99 is as high as you'll find them anywhere. I asked the guy why he was over ringing me and he just blurted out coldly, 8.99! I told him no, they are 4.99, look at your sign. This joker walks over to the sign and changes it on the spot saying nope, that's not right. Long story longer, absolute train wreck. Rude, overpriced, does not deserve mine or anyone's business.
