So to start off let me say, I had bad service here, I came here like 4 times and only 1 time which was my first was awsome. I dont know his name but he was a skinny white guy, awsome guy, this dude helped me pick out juices, I didnt know what kind of flavors I wanted so he just picked some good stuff out for me and he was really cool, very talkative and you could tell he loves what he does. Then, a next time I went to visit, I went to buy juice again. Im guessing his name is budda because from the past reviews im just guessing its him. Big mustache, im guessing latino, chunky, was working there. He asked me what I wanted and I told him. The whole time, this dude was dull. Seemed bored, I understand its a shop and sometimes you get bored but you dont show it towards your customers. He got me what i wanted and then asked for my ID. I understand that its part of his job to card me. Apparently I didn't have my ID and he didnt want to give me the products. I am 18. Youd be crazy if you say I looked any younger. But I understand it's his job. So a couple weeks later I go again and I take my ID with me. I went in there and he asked what I wanted and I said some juice. He immediately carded me and I gave him my ID. No lie, he was looking at my ID for like a good 15 seconds and still stared at me in a way that made me think that he didnt want to serve me. So he finally just told me "okay so what do you want" plain and simple just like that. I ordered ny juice, paid and left. The third time I went, I took my igo w that I had sitting around, I needed its airholes drilled out fatter. So I walk in and he served me and asked what I needed and I told him. He took my top cap, and right before he drilled them out he asked for my ID. I did NOT have it with me (my fault I didnt have it knowing I was comming here again knowing ive had ID issues with this shop) and he gave me my top cap and told me he cant drill them out. I told him "are you serious? So you dont remember me at all?" As a person, if I worked at a shop, I would totally remember someone who came in like 3 times and had ID troubles, as a human you just remember things that have been repeated. He told me he didnt remember me and he lead on to say he couldnt serve me because i didnt have my ID, and that hes actually SUPPOSE to card me as soon as I even walk in the shop. The walk in ID thing I understand because VapeRevolution does that. But I couldnt help to feel a little annoyed weeks after when I was on Instagram and ran into this guys Budda's profile and saw that he had a picture of his friend, his friends wife, and his friends infant baby in the shop. The friend was sitting on a small motorcycle with the baby on his lap. Talk about getting carded to "walk in the shop" but had a small infant baby in the shop. I mean the shop is cool and everything, I guess I just had a bad, annoying expierence with the guy. Thats why I rate this a 1 star. read more

First of all.....I love your shop...n how chill the vibe is....but im allergic to 5-0 so the shopping center is danger....vape clouds...dive bar n a smoke shop plus a Taco joint? HELL NO.... too good to be true and the kind of place id def have too much of the kind of crazy fun that has me on the curb legs crossed a free bus ride....no walk court twin towers etc etc....lol...so i stayed with my first shop cuz of G and my missed Nation fam.. Phil.... R.I.P.....n blazed n chilled with them since i quit cigs 2 plus yrs...so i only came in a couple times...in out. Last nite my opinion was changed....See I crashed into a parked car ...yeah...that was ME !!..my 70 yo mothers car.....and EVERYONE HAS EACH OTHERS BACKS. Anthony Anthony Anthony you sound like you're good friends with the owner. Maybe you can be the one to talk some sense in him. When someone catches you selling them fake merchandise, accept defeat and make them happy. Then they wouldn't take it upon themselves to protect other buyers from making the same mistake. Giving one discount from a business standpoint isn't a bad idea so don't treat it like one. Let's be honest after the discount he still would of made money. They aren't real products, and plus he buys by the bundle. So when someone offers you a cop out next time take it instead of putting your business reputation on the line. Especially when he knows how much you care about your little yelp reviews. And the negeative reviews are factual they aren't fabricated. It's very easy to prove something when you've taken pictures of the codes that you can look up yourself. This is a warning to buyers they are free to go and check themselves. It will only solidify any statements that you find offensive. read more

Don't be fooled by their great customer service, I bought a vape and a tank. I was told they are real! The boxes were exact replicas, they even had the scratch off security code check. When I got home I ran the codes on the products official website which told me those exact codes were ran numerous times on that day alone. The battery which was a fake eleaf, and the Aspire Nautilus Mini tank. The tanks code was ran over 45000x I then confronted the owner and asked for him to give me a real one or a discount on his cheap knockoffs which he replied I'll give you your money back and never come back again. He did not inform me they were fake what he's doing is illegal. If you don't mind paying full price for a knockoff then this is the shop for you. I was referred here by a friend and to be honest I wish he never told me. I bought a kanger nano tank for me and 2 aspire nautilus mini tanks as gifts for my friends. I checked to see if mine was authentic, turns out there's more that 5000 with that same exact code. I got a hold of my friends and they threw there boxes away already. Based off the other reviews I've been reading I would doubt if they were real. He owns tobacco revolution a couple shops down which is notorious for selling fake crap. If I knew it was the same owner I would of never bought from this store. Save your money people do some research on the products, and most importantly check the codes on your cell phone!!! He advertises name brand and doesn't inform they are knock offs. Not only is that illegal but it's wrong. I will make sure to get the word out that he is a phony!!! read more

So I've been to most vape and smoke shops in whittier! I know what good customer service feels like and I just feel like I'm not worth anything when I speak to them. They will vape while I'm talking to them. They won't make solid eye contact when I'm asking questions. They have a lot of name brand merchandise for really cheap!! It's almost to good to be true so I asked eshak I believe his name was if I can scratch off the code check to make sure they are real. He then said the sigelei was an imitation. He didn't mention it until I asked so it just seemed fishy. I did buy a juice however they have a large selection I just wouldn't go there for batteries or tanks. Please mark models if they are imitations, if not it makes you look bad I hope this was of help puff on my fellow vapers!!! read more

Hey james I didn't want to believe your post because they are cool people. I did manage to find the box my eleaf 50w came in that I purchased from there. I then checked the codes on the website and it turned out to be an imitation. I am so pissed off they would lie to me like that I ve been going there since they opened and I referred all my friends there as well. I m going to return this piece of crap today and I'm informing all my friends to do the same. I thought they where there to help but they are all in on it. I will never shop here again!!!!! I usually come down to Whittier, and I have a regular vape shop I go to where I live and needed to find one just in case I needed some supplies. I looked these guys up and they had good reviews, so I thought why not. The best decision I made! These guys are really chill and friendly. They are willing to work with you and give you the best deals possible. I went in there looking for a mech mod and I ended up leaving with a nice copper mech mod, 30ml of house juice in a unicorn bottle, and a battery charger for just $55.
