I purchased a washer/ dryer, and I had previously purchased 4 other appliances from them. The delivery and installation, though was a big disappointment. The guys were rude and lazy and obviously wanted to leave before they even started the project. When we unhooked the water from the old washer, there was a very slow drip from the hot water faucet. The installers then refused to do any work, including final assembly of the washer and dryer parts, and just left the stacked units in the middle of my garage saying I would get a refund. My contract shows a ~$50 "value" of installation, but that it is included for free. In this case, that only means there is nothing to refund and so after contacting Sean at the store, I found myself stuck assembling and installing them by myself with no compensation. These things are extremely heavy once stacked, and so moving them into place by myself was very difficult and, frankly, dangerous. It is unfortunate that bad field representation can ruin an otherwise very positive experience, but the people that actually come into my private home are really the most crucial in the process. Being insulted in my own home ruined an otherwise fine in-store experience, and so I will be more selective in the future with a retailer that sees the customer service process through to the end.

Your guy think I can snap my fingers and make it happen. The entire time standing in front of the washer. How can I make a cut with you standing there? Then, "I'm not paid to wait, you'll have to reschedule." And leaves. He couldn't bring in the new washer? By that time is have been done. It took me 2 mins to cut my floor, 5 mins to remove the washer. And about 10 to move the new into my house. Lazy and disrespectful of my time and the money I've already paid. Highly wouldn't recommend. Gonna bash your company every where I can, make sure to warm anyone that will listen, just the type of people this company employees. Already been to many platforms and now here. Hire people with integrity, and a desire to actually do the job. If I ever see your company as part of the delivery again, I'll decline it. However, after contacting the store a few times, the store itself (Tyler) ultimately replaced our dryer to resolve the issue. This is exemplary of excellent service. The store took accountability for the problem and took measures to resolve it in a fashion that was acceptable. While it would have been great not to have had the headaches from the machine and the long process to get the problems resolved in the first place, it was very appreciated that ultimately the store did do right by the customer, which inspires even greater confidence in purchasing their appliances in the future! The delivery guys Luis and Alex were so careful and gave me time to clean up behind the old washer and dryer before bringing in the new ones. They had to take a door off to get them in the laundry room but put it all back together. In addition, Executive installed our built-in Fridge and Freezer panels vs the cabinet installers, again, very pleased we did that! The onsite techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They took case to protect the finished parts of our home. The Built-in Fridge and Freezer could not be installed until the wood flooring was completed, including a new set of floating stairs. Getting the appliances upstairs to our kitchen area was definitely hard work and a feat! Our main tech, Eric, was very knowledgeable about Thermador appliances. He did an initial walk through before installation was scheduled. He discovered an issue with the hardwiring location for both single ovens. We were able to get the electrical work redone before installation. In addition, his knowledge of Thermador appliances helped with the set-up and also troubleshooting. There was an issue with the Freezer, post installation, but it was the appliance not the installation. We have an all Thermador kitchen. Executive Appliance Service installed the built-in Fridge and Freezer, cooktop, downdraft, two single ovens, warmer, and microwave. In addition, the ovens, warmer, and microwave had to be uninstalled and reinstalled as the cabinet design had them placed too high! Again, care was taken with the uninstall and reinstall to prevent damage to the appliances and our home. It's just really strong, compared to other Home Depots I've been to. The nearby Walmart's garden area is a lot smaller and doesn't carry much. So, this place is a godsend for all your plant needs. They have lots of seeds, a few things on clearance, and multiple sections. It kind of sounds like a rainforest inside the greenhouse. Some bulbs were rotting though, so double-check every thing before buying. One of the boxes had spider webs in it, so I didn't want to touch it. It was annoying because in that area, a fly was bothering my nose, too. I got my venus flytrap plant here, as well as some soil, sphagnum peat moss, and I was struggling to find perlite. Walmart appears to be completely out of stock, so I was scavenging. I tried looking for the location in the store on the app, but thought it might be inside the building. I tried looking everywhere, but still couldn't find it. It was driving me bonkers! I had to ask an employee for help. So, it is in the soil area, but it was towards the end/back of the shelf. The employee was helpful nonetheless and asked which of the two sizes I wanted. He told me the 2-pack is only available for shipping to the store, so I just ended up going with the 8-quart size.

You are entitled to complete your transactions with privacy and without being misled into applying for credit. Do not allow them to interact with the screen unless they explain their intended actions and you provide consent. To management, I respectfully request that you cease promoting this particular practice. It is unethical. Please discontinue this behavior. Note also that Home Depot often utilizes an automated response system for addressing issues on Yelp across numerous stores. The reply is nearly identical on all low-rating posts and requests the user to allocate additional time and visit a disguised URL. This does not constitute customer service nor is it appropriate in this context. However, neither is attempting to manipulate customers into applying for credit!

We looked at a couple of options just to be certain and got pricing for the options. Made our final decision and fortunately Scott had it in stock and for a very competitive price. Set up for delivery the following week. The refrigerator was delivered as promised and the delivery/ install guys were very respectful and efficient. They were in and out in maybe a half hourish. My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. When my other appliances need replacing, I'll be sure to come to CTS first.
