Viking Range repaired by Executive Appliance

The oven on my brand new Viking range was dead on arrival. I called Viking and was told Executive Appliance was their authorized service representative. The service technician (Andy) was very nice. They let me know the time window when he would be arriving. He arrived on time both visits. Unfortunately, it took two visits to get the oven repaired. At the first visit, he said he didn't have the part and would have to order it and it would be a two week delay. Parts randomly showed up at my house 2-3 weeks later. No one called or let me know anything. Viking Customer Service was useless. I had to call Executive and let them know the parts arrived. (They told me I was supposed to let them know yet no one informed me of that.). The service was fine and covered under warranty so I cannot comment on rates. My only issue was poor communication otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. They should have had parts with them the first time they came (I made it very clear to Viking what the issue was when I first called.) and they should have let me know I needed to call them when the parts arrived. These issues were not solely because of Executive but also because of Viking. I'd recommend them and will use them again.

Removal and installation of my new range was flawless. Great job guys!

Erick and his partner were amazing. They were true professionals and had total respect for my home.

Tim called me before his arrival and was able to repair the leak and also returned today to replace the water dispenser part that I requested. Looking at my previous receipt from 2020 it turned out Tim was the same technician that helped me back in 2020. I was pleased to realize this and also to experience the same quality work that was done back then. Tim really went above and beyond to deliver reliable quality service. The -1 star is only for the fact that the correct diagnosis was one that chatGPT suggested (a faulty coil) as opposed to their more expensive original diagnosis of a faulty valve. Thanks AI! This is the second time we've used their services and will continue to do so, as alas these older but more reliable machines of ours are starting to show their age.

Adam was our service tech, and he was clean (putting on shoe coverings since our house is no shoes inside), explained what the issue was, and was direct with the total cost. The part was ordered for what was shown to me online, and later we scheduled a followup appointment to have the part installed. I had to prepay for the part, but labor will be charged after job was complete. It was about 1 week later for the next appointment. This was actually my second time receiving appliance repair service from Andrew. He previously repaired my dryer, which required ordering a replacement part. Although that repair took longer due to the wait for the part, he followed through and completed the job successfully. What I appreciate is that Andrew stands behind his work. Even after the repair, he reached out several times to ensure my washer was now working properly, which I found to be considerate and professional. After several loads of laundry, everything is operating perfectly.

My lower oven wouldnt work so I called OC appliance repair Doon to be known as APLCE in September. Today November 29th the repairs have been completed. In September we were loving in another country and Joshua went above and beyond to help us out. He told us what we were up against in the beginning. He gave us a 2 tiered quote based on the probabilities and his quote was spot on. He searched for months to find the parts. Several parts deliveries did not pan out but Joshua was on top of things. Once he received the correct parts Joshua performed the repairs within 48 hours. The work was done professionally and responsibly, Joshua took precautions to protect the hardwood floors, cabinets and surroundings. He was very neat, courteous and mindful the entire time. Upon completion Joshua told me that he noticed a break in the cabinet and took complete responsibility. The thing is, tne break was there before Joshua began the job. The parts turned out to be more expensive than his initial quote and Joshua made sure to come to an agreement that satisfied us both. I was very impressed with the work ethic and level of responsibility. APLCE will definitely be my only choice.
