Highly recommend using Executive Appliance Service to install your kitchen appliances. Our Contractor recommended we use this service vs having the appliance store install our high end Thermador Appliances. Very pleased we with that decision. In addition, Executive installed our built-in Fridge and Freezer panels vs the cabinet installers, again, very pleased we did that! The onsite techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They took case to protect the finished parts of our home. The Built-in Fridge and Freezer could not be installed until the wood flooring was completed, including a new set of floating stairs. Getting the appliances upstairs to our kitchen area was definitely hard work and a feat! Our main tech, Eric, was very knowledgeable about Thermador appliances. He did an initial walk through before installation was scheduled. He discovered an issue with the hardwiring location for both single ovens. We were able to get the electrical work redone before installation. In addition, his knowledge of Thermador appliances helped with the set-up and also troubleshooting. There was an issue with the Freezer, post installation, but it was the appliance not the installation. We have an all Thermador kitchen. Executive Appliance Service installed the built-in Fridge and Freezer, cooktop, downdraft, two single ovens, warmer, and microwave. In addition, the ovens, warmer, and microwave had to be uninstalled and reinstalled as the cabinet design had them placed too high! Again, care was taken with the uninstall and reinstall to prevent damage to the appliances and our home. Third time in the last 9 months that this company has come out to replace the exact same parts. I've had to pay the labor for install each time ($400). Said to take up the faulty parts issue with Viking (yeah... like they're going to do anything about it). Three times I've had to toss hundreds of $$ in groceries in the trash. The quotes that are sent are incorrect (they were trying to charge for parts under warranty); and then argued that the parts were for a different model refrigerator. Need a receipt for the amount paid so I can get reimbursed from my company and it's an endless fight to get one. Oh, and 2 hours after I paid online, I received two phone calls and a text asking for payment. But do you think they're in a hurry to send me the receipt that I need? I'm getting rid of this Viking appliance and will find something else that I can use a different company for repair when needed. read more

This place is an absolute, serial disaster. We had two issues: (1) a stovetop burner that worked intermittently (and, frighteningly in a household with a 10- and 5-year old, would on occasion spontaneously turn itself on) and (2) a garbage disposal that would sometimes work and sometimes not. Executive Appliance send three different technicians out three different times, charged us over $500 and ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING. For the stovetop burner, after the second visit, they said they couldn't get a part -- and I found it on Amazon in two minutes and sent them the reference. They said they would order it and then went dark. For the garbage disposal, the first time the technician said he fixed it, and it cease working four days later. Same thing the second time and then they went dark. After that, I called the dispatcher to complian, they say they will return the call and don't. I have always used Executive Appliance Service. I needed a part installed and the part cost was $89.22 the labor charge was $251.10. for a 10-minute install. I called 4 times to complain about the excessive labor charge and asked for someone to return my call to discuss. No call ever returned. I even left 2 messages for the service manager Zac Leman who has failed to return my call to discuss. service was good, but very poor on the management side. $387.22 for a 10-minute visit seems excessive to me. read more

The oven on my brand new Viking range was dead on arrival. I called Viking and was told Executive Appliance was their authorized service representative. The service technician (Andy) was very nice. They let me know the time window when he would be arriving. He arrived on time both visits. Unfortunately, it took two visits to get the oven repaired. At the first visit, he said he didn't have the part and would have to order it and it would be a two week delay. Parts randomly showed up at my house 2-3 weeks later. No one called or let me know anything. Viking Customer Service was useless. I had to call Executive and let them know the parts arrived. (They told me I was supposed to let them know yet no one informed me of that.). The service was fine and covered under warranty so I cannot comment on rates. My only issue was poor communication otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. They should have had parts with them the first time they came (I made it very clear to Viking what the issue was when I first called.) and they should have let me know I needed to call them when the parts arrived. They charged me $200 to come to my house for 2 minutes and verify my appliance does not work. The service man didn't even try to see what's wrong. He just banged with his fists on my appliance and said it does not work and that will be $200 (No kidding I called you because it wasn't working). I asked him if he can see what's actually wrong but he said no it doesn't work and then asked if I had any water or drinks for him. Afterward the company said they need to order new parts and sent me an estimate for $880 in addition to the $200 they got for so called service call. Mind you the new model is $2000. I would NOT recommend this company for repairs!!! My washing machine shakes crazily during the spin cycle. This company was recommended to me, so I scheduled a service appointment. The service technician called me at the time he was supposed to arrive, which means he was late to the appointment. Diagnosis... worn suspension rods, but the washer is not fixed because they have to order the parts, which the customer has to pay for! The minimum service fee is $179 and can be applied toward the total cost of the repair. I paid $184.37 (fee for using a card). Today, I get an estimate that the parts are $107.29, the LABOR is $379, but minus the amount that I already paid, the total due is $316.68. Hahaha!!! Beware!!! read more

I'm not sure what is happening with this company, because they post all 5 star reviews! are they fake??? Because they are awful! I was having issues with my Viking refrigerator...(it was beeping but still cooling) called them and the service tech said we needed 2 mother boards replaced. So we ordered them and they sent out someone to replace them. The second guy said you don't need the motherboards installed, so he cleaned the coils and left. Then it continued to beep, so I called again and asked them to send the guy out WITH the motherboards to replace them. They sent a 3rd guy out and he said it wasn't the motherboards but we needed a new inverter. So we paid $850 for that. 2 days later it completely shut off! I called and called and the manager would never call me back! Something is wrong when you send 3 different techs and they EACH have a different diagnosis!!! But the most frustrating part was ZERO communication. Calls and messages and they didn't have the curtesy to call me back. SO I've wasted time and money and have a completely broken fridge. I don't like to write reviews. I only say that to give some context when I say I have to give my highest recommendation here. We have a built-in viking fridge that was having cooling issues. The biggest issue was the freezer would stop cooling, get warm enough, and the alarm would go off. It was really affecting quality of life when it would regularly go off between 2 and 4am. We really liked the person we used before finding EAS and he had replaced the inverter multiple times, the logic board, and the thermistors. It solved some of the cooling issues but the freezer still was the problem. He kind of gave up on us at that point. It got to the point I bought a wireless thermometer so I could keep track of the temp and if it started to rise, I knew it would eventually get warm enough the alarm would go off. I would then need to turn off the fridge, wait about 10-15 minutes, and turn it back on. I was completely fed up with the fridge and losing hope. As a last ditch effort before replacing the fridge, we then tried another group who came and briefly cleaned the coils. When that didn't solve things, he wanted me to wait until the freezer reached 32 degrees before he would consider doing anything for it, which was just absurd. As a last last ditch effort, when I was looking at the viking site for which replacement model to get, I saw that EAS was listed as a recognized service provider and thought it was worth a last last shot to avoid the pain of dealing with removal/installation of a built-in. I set up the appointment and was very fortunate to meet Babak. He actually listened to my experience (what sounds I heard, what was previously done, how I handled the freezer when it stopped working) and reviewed at all of the thermometer data I had collected. He checked every part of the fridge and even cleaned the coils better than the second group did. He then concluded it was very likely to be the control board with very sound reasoning. We ordered the parts from their supplier, which shipped/transported very quickly, and Babak was immediately back to complete the repair. The cost of the repair came out to be less than quoted but more importantly, my freezer now hasn't had any issues for the past 3 days since the repair. All indications show that the fridge is actually fixed and I couldn't be more grateful. I just wish I found this team sooner! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Literally so many things they did wrongs. 1) Charged us over $2000 for a repairs. Then when the technician came out to put in the part he said we only actually only needed a $10pc from that expensive part. But we didn't get any reimbursement back. 2) Ordered fridge parts for our dishwasher, so we had to wait again for them to come out - which we ended up fixing ourselves. 3) Rep was not knowledgable and rude. 4) When making appts. you are at their beck and call when they will come. 5) Said they would tell us a day before when they are coming and not a moment sooner so we can schedule on our end. 6) I ended up having to call them at 3pm to see what time they were coming. 7) Showed up an hour late. (they really do not care about your time at all. 8) AND THE WORSE...I have left 2 emails, three phone calls and numerous text with the customer service to talk about this for over a week and still NO ONE has bother to get back to me. Gabe was honest and knowledgeable. I have a very old sub zero fridge that should last a lifetime if it's well cared-for. When it stopped working, the tenant at my rental property called some random guy out who charged $80 to look at it and then quoted $1550 to replace the compressor. I've used Executive before and they've done a great job for me, so I told my tenant NO, I'm gonna have MY people come take a look. Executive charged a little more. The service call was around $250. But there was NO bait and switch like with the other guy. Gabe came out and discovered that the pipes were frozen. He fixed the problem without the need for any part replacement, and he even cleaned out the coils to keep the unit functioning properly. So the whole repair ended up costing $250 instead of the $1630 the other guy was going to charge. It's worth paying a little more to get the job done right and not be taken advantage of. I also used Executive around 4 years ago because my interior light had gone out. The tech told me I could save a lot of money by ordering the part myself, and he even showed me how to install it. This company is really great and, while they might not be the cheapest, you can trust them to provide value which, for me, turned out to be much cheaper in the end! read more

Executive Appliance has been servicing my appliances for years. Most recently I had them service my Whirlpool washer and dryer. They are very honest and helpful. My serviceman, Michael, was able to service the dryer and it has been working beautifully. However the washer which is only 8 years old, could not be helped. The interface (control panel) was non functioning and in so could not be used to diagnose the issues I was having.. The minimum cost to repair that circuit board was $300 just for parts. Then there was the possibility that the control board would need replacing as well. This would bring parts alone to $600 not including labor. At this point, we decided that it was cheaper to purchase a new washer with a new warranty. It's just very sad to me that these appliances cannot be fixed in a cost effective manner. It just fits into our whole lifestyle today of wastefulness. Throw it away and buy a new one. We need to make our appliances last longer or at least be repairable at a reasonable cost. read more

DO NOT USE FOR VIKING 1st off they have an overseas calling service. Second they don't allow you to talk to techs- god forbid you're not home and someone lets them in. If they cannot fix, they don't give you an update on nexts steps. If you ask answering service to put you in touch with decision maker they will dial an answering machine. If you call back and say you will wait until they have someone live, they say they cannot do that. This company is not worth the headache look elsewhere. read more

Extremely expensive! $705.00 to replace 3 igniters on a Viking oven. Initially told the trip & diagnostic fee of $175.00 would be credited towards the service call. That did not happen! Instead they added another $200 labor charge, making the labor cost $375.00 (for less than an hour's time), plus $100 X 3 for each igniter! (parts on Amazon are $24.00). The technician was David G. I placed a service call for my microwave oven on 11/19/24 and Ryan the tech came out the very next day 11/20/24. He was prompt , called to let me know when he would be arriving and did a great job. He came in and put a rug down on the floor before he pulled the microwave out of the wall. He diagnosed the problem in a minute, it was the door switch, he showed me the part that was melted, told me what it would cost to fix it and then went out to his truck to get the part. He put the part in and it only took 15 minutes from the time he pulled the unit out and disassembled it. He definitely knew what he was doing and very professional. He fixed the issue with our Viking stove and even asked if he could vacuum behind the stove before putting it back in place.
