I am a returning customer. I have had nothing but the best service installations and repairs from Executive Appliance. They are always first on my list for my Wolf, SubZero and Cove appliances. Today's service by Ryan was excellent. Not only did identify the issue but also educated us on how to keep our appliance up to par. read more

Ryan came to our home on time!He was very knowledgeable about our Viking oven and my other high end appliances he replaced the hinges on my Viking oven and recalibrated the heat on both my ovens he also cleaned the filter on my subzero refrigerator. I would definitely refer Executive Appliance to my friends and neighbors This company is an authorized Viking repair dealer read more

The service technician was on time. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it , and was on to the next service call in less than an hour.

Our Cove dishwasher needed to be replaced by Sub Zero and they set up the replacement through Executive Appliance. They arrived early for their appointment and took care of the swap quickly. They kept the area clean and measured our previous unit in multiple places to make sure the new unit fit in the space identically. I appreciated the extra care they took during the install. They were also extremely personable making the whole appointment pleasant. read more

Once again Ryan is the "Viking Refrigerator Whisperer." Our Viking French Door Refrigetator again had a problem (water dispenser in the door not working, water coming out the bottom of the door) & I again called for Ryan instead of the Home Warranty I also pay for (because I have to wait days for a call back to get an appointment & then more days for the appointment), and he diagnosed it in a minute & fixed it in about 15 more. I almost hate reviewing Ryan/Executive Appliance, if you have a Viking Refrigerator he is the only place to go. The service is not cheap but you will get your refrigerator fixed correctly by a person that knows what he's doing & isn't going to take advantage of you. He is honest & very professional. I'd give him my highest possible rating. read more

RYAN MCDONALD he gave me great service, very knowledgeable, he is good one................................

besides talking on the phone to someone who "works from home" but sounds like their desk is in a barn (roosters crowing/dogs barking) so loud it was difficult to hear. They were good with text alerting me of their appointment time. Next the tech came with only a bottle of ice maker cleaner in his hand. My machine was working fine, but was then told my motor was needing to be replaced and he couldn't complete the cleaning. A little suspect since he asked for my Wi-Fi (was he googling how to clean my machine?). it's a toss up but I won't call them again. read more

Update: Executive appliance came back out, and the technician was able to identify the issue and fix it within 10 minutes. It was a wire that was pulled loose when putting the dash panel back on. I was not charged. Thanks to Zach and Executive for making good. I want to repeat, if you have a viking range, this is really the only company that has the trained staff to work on them. Other techs have no clue how to work on these Viking Mega ranges. Thank you, GP read more

If I could put a "0", I would. Terrible company. They didn't diagnosed ALL of the problems on my Viking Fridge in one shot. Instead, charged me $175, 2 times over 2 months, to create more work. In the end I was out $1000.00 for a simple repair another company could do for $300. It is better to use other companies even if not approved by Viking. They need to replaced GREEDY Executive Appliance. read more

Michael was on time, and very careful when moving the appliance in and out. He replaced the glass top very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and explained what we could do to avoid any further damage. All and all, quick and as painless as can be! read more

Jesse was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgable and very efficient. I would highly recommend him to repair or install any appliances. He went above and beyond to communicate with me, checked with me to ensure I was good with the install (I have a bigger gap than the appliance, so he was very detailed to ensure the dishwasher was "even" in the space.) He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgable about the brand. read more

We were thrilled to find this Company. after waiting three months to get our range fixed through our home warranty company, we decided to pay out-of-pocket and called executive Appliance. Justin came out the next day and even though we had to order a part, our range was fixed within a week. The service was provided professionally and in a timely manner. We will definitely reach out to them again if we need any repairs. read more

These people were recommended by Ferguson Appliances to fix my Viking Oven. The door would not close. They charged me $375 just for the service call. They recommended new springs and then I never heard from them again. When I finally called them back they said I needed to pay for the springs before they could order them and that it would be $700. They would also chrg another $375 to return. We live in Chula Vista not France. My husband went online and bought the springs for under $300.00. We called Nutter Appliances and the serviceman said the problem was not the springs at all but a misalignment of the door. He installed the new kit for properly aligning the door and the new springs (we already had them) and diagnosed another problem with the oven not browning properly, he ordered the part on the spot and his total fee was $382 and he was here a little over an hour. read more

From the quick reply to our inquiry to same day service, we were extremely pleased with our experience.

David diagnosed the problem right away - the fan was hitting the back panel as a result of a lot of thermal cycles causing distortion in the panel. A little manual manipulation and the problem was solved. read more

Very knowledgeable technicians that are skilled at solving problems and doing repairs. I have used other companies and HIGHLY recommend Executive Appliance. Thank you for repairing my difficult Viking Appliances. read more

I have a Broan downdraft exhaust unit that had a failed exhaust fan motor. Fortunately, this happened when the unit was under warranty. Broan assigned Executive Appliance (EA) to inspect and repair the unit. EA arrived exactly when scheduled for both the inspection and repair. The technician, Erick, was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended! read more

Good communication, rapid response, friendly and knowledgeable. In general I wish customers could "save the trouble" of an extra trip by sending pictures and diagnostic information. read more

Erick did a great job installing a new Subzero bar refrigerator with cabinet panel. I've used them before for other appliance repairs and each time has been a good experience. read more

I had a light switch replaced on my VentaHood in August. I had to pay $99.78 (included shipping and handling) for the part prior to the technician coming out to replace the switch. When the technician arrived, I showed him that the cost of the switch online (OEM item) is only $7.64. The technician called the office and they agreed to refund me $71.53, stating that they had no idea why I was charged so much. I have been waiting for that refund ever since. I have called and emailed on many times. On November 16th, I received a text stating that I would receive a refund of $203.15. I texted back asking how and when this would happen. I have heard nothing since. read more

I have been dealing with the company ( Executive Appliances) for over 15 years and the quality of their services has always amazed me. Executive Appliance has no appreciation for the fact that their customers may actually need to schedule other appointments and leave the house! I am not sure how Executive Appliance expects customers to wait until 2 PM the day before their scheduled appointment to get a time range for their service appointment. It is insensitive and rude. read more

I have a 23 year old Viking Commercial oven that needed some repairs. Spoke to one Bozo organization that lost their service person when he ghosted them and me. Finally called Viking and they recommended Executive Appliance! Totally professional and conscientious the entire process! Erick came out and was extremely polite and impressive and put everything right again. Thank you!!! read more

Babak was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. We also appreciated his caring attitude and willingness to resolve the issue we had with our down draft for the stone top. We highly recommend him. read more

This company installed most of my appliances almost a year ago (vent hood, fridge, and oven) and things went well. They were on time and all of the appliances were installed. However, about 10 months later, one side of the vent hood started getting loose and falling off the ceiling. I've tried to get in contact with their installation department for the past 6 weeks and haven't heard a single response. I've even tried calling their service department in hopes to get a hold of someone and luckily I did. However, they told me that I needed to talk to the installation department and that they'd leave a message with them and they should call me asap the next morning. Unsurprisingly, no call. It's now been another two weeks. If you're looking for a reliable installation company, I suggest you keep looking. read more

Ryan was so knowledgeable about our ice makers and happy to clean them for us. They had never been cleaned. He did a great job and was SO nice!!!! I would definitely call Executive Appliance again. read more

Tech was excellent. My issue was once diagnosed (electronic board in wine cooler), was informed a board needed to be ordered. Tech left (15 min diagnostic) and that last I heard. Called twice over next 7 days. No return on calls. Finally got hold of young lady and she was able to call me back and informed me that I'd need to pay 50% for board and service call which I did. Then nothing for another 2-3 weeks until I called and tracked where board was. Finally received board, another week to schedule install. Tech was excellent as I mentioned, just frustrated with no communication from Executive Appliance after numerous calls. Would not recommend for this reason read more
