The gas company suspected the regulator needed to be replaced. OC Repair Master had good Yelp reviews, so I made an appointment. Mel had to order the part directly from Viking. He gave me an exact breakdown of the cost and deducted the diagnosis fee. When he replaced the part, the burners were only a little improved. He said the original regulator did not work correctly. He thought there might be a problem with the gas line, and he came back with an associate that had more gas experience. The line was unblocked, and the burners now work beautifully. The work was done quickly, and Mel & Sergey were very nice. The only downside was that I had to pay by cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted.
