My 4-year-old Bosch 800 Dishwasher gave an "E-15" error meaning it was leaking. Tried to watch YT videos and solve myself but seemed impossible. Enter Aman from Smart Appliance Fix who was able to come swiftly and assist! Aman quickly confirmed my leak and showed where it was coming from. Shocked that I had a leak on a 4-year-old high-end dishwasher, I ordered the necessary part through an Amazon vendor (Bosch 11028084 Dishwasher Zeolite Container with Heater) and arranged with Aman to come back and fit it the next week. During that second visit, Aman noticed a hole in my spray arm, and deduced it was likely melted plastic from the Bosch Crystal Dry compotent blowing heat directly onto the arm. No error message came up for that, which is so weird! I was able to order a new spray arm from Reliable Parts in Anaheim (recommend them, too!), and Aman came back swiftly to load that in as well. The replacement spray arm came equipped with a new plastic cover to reinforce the area in line with the heat to ensure it doesn't melt again (why didn't Bosch test the spray arm from the beginning before selling a faulty item to customers?!) The results? Shiny new dishes again, error messages gone, and I am back in business with a fully working dishwasher! Aman's fees are very reasonable and in line with the service provided. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and works efficiently. I highly recommend Aman to anyone who needs their dishwasher or any appliance fixed! Hopefully I don't have to call for a while, but when I do need help with an appliance in my home, I am definitely calling Aman again! read more

WOW, Contacted via Yelp on a Saturday and got a quick response. My washing machine did not do a cold water wash and I needed it fixed. Mr. Aman scheduled an appointment for Monday between 9-10 and the repair person arrived at 9:10 AM, prompt, professional and on time! The quote over the text was $60 for the visit which is fully applied if the work is done. The technician told me it was the electronic cold water value that was stuck and would be $220. 30 minutes later the job was done, work are left spotless and I had a working washing machine. He initially thought the problem was lint so he spent like 20 minutes vacuuming the lint out of our dryer. Excellent service!!! I needed my LG Dryer repaired. It was making a loud thumping noise every time it was used. I contacted Aman, who responded promptly to my message. We set up an appointment for yesterday, 1/6/26. Aman showed up within the service window time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be replaced. He had the parts on hand, and he installed them. He had the work completed 2 hours from when he arrived. He also checked our washer quickly, and determined that it was working fine. Aman was clean cut, fast, efficient, and his price was reasonable. The fee to come out and check my dryer was $60, which was applied to the cost of the repair. The total repair came out to $340. Aman ended up replacing 4 drum rollers, 4 shafts, the drum belt, and pulley. I am very happy with Aman and his work. The whole experience went smoothly and as expected. I have a POS Monogram refrigerator that I now know has issues icing up on the inside. Did enough googling to know what the issue was and started contacting folks to get estimates.
