The part (washer motor position sensor) was pretty inexpensive (probably less than $30) but the total $250 for the job was probably a little high considering it was less than a 30 min job. Had Smart Appliance Technician Alex come out to repair my Refrigerator. Alex seemed knowledgeable and honest. He said it would be $600+ to fix my refrigerator, and I said that was too much money to fix my 7 yr. old Samsung refrigerator. I also had my dryer (standard size) that was making a lot of noise. My washer and dryer are in a very tight closet space, making them really hard to get too, and work on, but Alex was able to get to the dryer, and was able to replace my 2 damaged rollers making the loud noise. Labor and parts were a little under $250. and I was happy with that, because the units are so hard to work on, because of the very tight closet they sit in. read more

Sent a message on Yelp at 1:00pm on Tuesday that my washer wasn't draining, and by 2:30pm the next day I was doing a load of laundry!
