Chicken schzewan / garlic Lamb Hot Garlic - Lunch specials
    Shailesh M.

Nice and trusted Indian Chinese restaurant in Bay Area and first time tasted Inchin food in dublin. Tried their lunch specials to go - schzewan chicken (amazing ) and hot garlic lamb (strictly ok) and that comes with chicken fried rice and soup + egg roll and the food was pretty good.

Tried it twice. The first time when it opened, the food was good. The second time around, the service was great but the food was super greasy and the lunch special Hakka noodles and rice were so below average I can't even say. The 'pan fried fish' was very oily - actually deep fried and then pan fried...Everything on the menu is feep fried actually - even if it says pan fried. Why in this day and age, can't we make food wholesome and tasty - is beyond me. Sure Chinese cooking - much less Indo Chinese - requires high heat wok cooking, but that doesn't mean there needs to be gallons of cheap cooking oil used. You can feel it after eating it...do better!

I was very impressed by the food, service and ambiance. The food was really flavorful and actually not too spicy. One of the things I ordered was the Mongolian beef which had a hint of sweetness but it worked well with the beef and spices. The mocktail was really good and not too sweet. We will definitely be coming back ! All meat is halal so that's another plus ! We noticed a lot of the negative reviews are from people who hardly have any reviews at all - makes me wonder their intentions- that's why we gave this place a chance.

The service is very friendly, and on weekends, the wait is longer, so it's better to reserve ahead for dinner. The ambiance is great and spotless. Food is always consistent and tastes good, unlike at other places--no stomach upset. They also have a good bar menu for drinks. It's our go-to spot for Indo-Chinese and other Indian foods.

Restaurant hours are displayed on the door!

Everything was amazing, the food and drinks are excellent. Service is great as usual!

I would NEVER come here again. Placed a pickup order that was delayed by over an hour, and the worst part was the constant lying--being told "5 more minutes" over and over while they handed out orders to people who arrived after us. Completely disrespectful of customers' time. Absolutely horrible service. Avoid this place.

The lady at reception showed us the soup bar, and where we met the original chef who started the chain. Our waiter Charlie helped us with ordering and explained the Free sampler platter and free drinks. Inside decor is beautiful. Highly recommend this place P.S. I won a free lunch card after spinning the wheel

Foods awesome and the ambience is eclectic. Indo-Chinese food assortment on the menu has something for everyone in the family.

Delicious food with good service and pleasant ambiance. We rarely find places with delicious food these days and this is one of them.

I loved the jerk pork tacos! The pork was juicy, tender, and aromatic, and the mango-papaya salsa added a refreshing sweetness. I also tried the paella Oyo that my sister ordered which was sooo yummy and full of protein. The small size was more than enough! My mom ordered the oxtail stew which wasn't on their brunch/lunch menu (dinner only), but I really appreciate that they were accommodating to make that dish for her. I've never had oxtail and it was delicious--tender, perfectly sweet and savory, and paired well with the plantains. The other dishes that my family ordered were hits too (jerk pork shoulder and seafood paella). We also tried the ripe plantains pancake Oscar for a sweet treat. I love anything marshmallow, so the brûléed marshmallow cream that blanketed the pancakes was heavenly. It also came with a plantain on top and a few other fruits to balance out the sweetness. Overall, we left full and all around very satisfied. The staff showed us such warm hospitality and came around often to check on us, despite being an almost packed house. The decor was beautiful and the atmosphere had a fun lively energy. With indoor and outdoor seating options, anywhere you get seated is a nice spot. Can't wait to visit again to try their dinner menu items and drinks, and hopefully catch some live music!

It used to be you can only join where you come near the restaurant. It must be only for busy days like Mother's Day? There was a sheet offering specials for Mother's Day, cocktails, mocktails, a kurobuta pork belly and 2 desserts. We ordered our usual fare. Great service by Ariel, she handled everything as a pro, even with the crazy business. Food came out with no delay. The only change that we noticed id the teriyaki beef. The rib eye was usually so tender and juicy, everybody that we invited here were amazed how tender and great they were. Yes, we came here quite often, and brought every and all out of town guests here. But today they were tough, on the dry side, even though cooked Rare and MediumRare. All 3 steaks. So disappointed. We finished with the Biscoff cookie sundae, which they had for Valentine, a tempura fried ice cream dessert with crumbles of Biscoff cookies and caramel drizzles. So good. The room was busy with laughter and guests enjoying the food and company on this holiday.

The fried oysters were also a great size and came with two dipping sauces, which was a nice touch. The maze ramen was a big portion and even my toddler enjoyed it. The standout for me was the tempura ice cream--perfectly crisp with a thin, light shell. Service: Our server was friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. However, the host experience was frustrating. The Yelp waitlist wasn't working on a busy Friday night, which seemed to cause some disorganization. We were quoted a 25-minute wait for a party of three, but ended up waiting 45 minutes. During that time, multiple parties of three who arrived after us were seated first. When I checked in at 35 minutes, I was told we were "next," but that didn't seem to reflect what was happening. At 45 minutes, after checking again and explaining how long we'd been waiting, we were seated immediately. It was confusing and especially difficult with a hungry toddler. Parking: Parking can be tricky. The restaurant is located under an apartment complex with limited guest spots on the first floor of the garage. If it's full, you'll have to exit and find street parking (which is minimal) or park across Dublin Blvd and walk. Overall: This was close to a perfect experience. The food and server were great, but the disorganized wait and host interaction took away from it. Hopefully they improve their system for busy nights, especially if the Yelp waitlist goes down again.

Whenever Chinese restaurants started adding peas n carrots to fried rice was when the authentic flavor I was accustomed to vanished. I have tried several Chinese restaurants and the food was either ok or never again. Until recently and OMG Dragon City is it. The Chinese restaurant I consider to be the original authentic taste. To the chefs of Dragon City my review is authentic . It's not fabricated or exaggerated in any way ... your Chinese cuisine is superb. The very first bite was WOW. I had beef broccoli, veggie chow mein, combination fried rice and sweet-and-sour chicken...every entrée was amazingly delicious. Even though peas n carrots are added in your fried rice cuisine the traditional flavor/ taste I enjoy was present. And get this, most every sweet n sour sauce except yours is sticky. I wasn't examining this as a test it was noticeable when I was serving and sauce spilled. I instantly noticed my hands were not super sticky. A wipe with a napkin did the trick. In my opinion this tells me your ingredient measurements and quality of ingredients is organic. The food catered and was so delicious. Makes me want to move to Pleasanton just to be close to this restaurant. But I guess I'll stay in shape because I won't bother eating at another Chinese restaurant unless it's Dragon City. I can't wait to dine in.

Unfortunately, the experience changed once we received the bill. Our table of three was charged an automatic 20% gratuity because we arrived with other family members, even though we were seated separately. We were not upset about paying the gratuity itself, but we believe this policy should have been communicated to us beforehand. When my mother politely brought up this concern/dissatisfaction to the waiter, he responded by yelling at her. We found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially on Mother's Day. What started as a pleasant experience ended on a very negative note and unfortunately ruined the occasion for her. Definitely not coming back.
