I had called a bunch of other companies and they were a total nightmare to deal with and their estimates were 6x what Nathan charged. Not only were they horrible companies but they lied to my tenant when they gave the estimate which sent her into a tailspin. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and fair, and got the job done within a week or two of my initial phone call. Also I read the fine print t in the contract so I knew that they don't repair damages caused by tape on walls floor etc. my apartment has painted floors so I sort of expected tape would pull up paint. This company definitely made a bad situation better.

His remediation team came within an hour, and stayed into the evening to clean up sewage water, set up fans for drying, mop floors and assess damage. The second day the drain backed up again. C3 showed up to clean up the water all over again. They were able to assess the damage to the tile and laminate floors, bring in a licensed electrician to assess the water sitting in raceways under floor outlets, check for mold and do damage control throughout the lobby, laundry and community room. C3 connected our association with another team of excellent sub contractors; electricians, cement technicians, flooring experts and cabinetry installers. Nathan's ability to work with our insurance adjuster every step of the way ensured that our extensive claims were covered and paid quickly. His billing system matches up with today's insurance standards. This was invaluable to the HOA and residents. There was never a time when we did not have full access to Nathan with any issue that arose. His communcation with daily schedules and workflow was excellent. Four companies bid the job, and we quickly entered the Kafkaesque world of mold remediation (one vendor suggested tearing apart half our home and that we move out). We ultimately chose MACS Restoration because we were impressed with Jose, who was clearly the most knowledgeable and presented the most thorough recommendations, and we are so glad we did. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly.
