I would NEVER work with Ironside Claims again and would NEVER recommend anyone work with them. We were lied to and ignored when things started to go bad with the claim, they were assisting with. Anthony kept reassuring us everything was going to be "okay", even while we kept incurring costs, he kept on lying to our family. He insisted to keep going because he would make sure we were taken care of and would be with us the entire way. He stated if things got bad, he/Ironside Claims would handle the costs. As soon as the first vendor threatened us with COLLECTIONS...Anthony basically said, "too bad" and ghosted us! We never heard from him again! They pawned us off to an attorney, who advised due to Ironside Claims lack of response led to our claim being DENIED!! They failed to advise us of the statute of limitations, they never forwarded us a copy of our file (requested 4 times) and referred us to an equally inept attorney who blew the statutes leading to even more out of pocket costs! It has been over 2 years, and not only did they not help in any way, they put our family in a much worse position.
