I used Allied and worked with Greg along with Matthew in 2025 they charged me 50% to handle my claim initially Greg was very informative and kept me informed until the wildfires in January 2025 and the communication stopped. I finally heard from Vicken in April thanking me for using their company and when I informed him that no one notified me that my claim was closed and I had a lot of questions about what was paid for and not paid for he said that he would look into it. I had the good fortune of meeting with Arvin Avaness from Allied Public Adjusters August 1,2025. He came to get a claim from me about water damage to my townhome from a neighbour above who had a faulty refrigerator valve that was corroded . I gave him all the pictures that the Plumbing company took as well as pictures from Servicemasters who cut my ceiling in the kitchen and removed an upstairs vanity, where the wet drywall was removed to dry these areas to prevent mold . EDIT (5/5/2025): Allied's response is disappointing and tries to reframe the story, but it doesn't change what actually happened. Regardless of earlier delays, once I submitted everything and met with Avo in person, I was told they had what they needed. Then I heard nothing--no follow-up, no explanation, no closure. Their decision to publicly share my case details doesn't bother me--it just proves they care more about saving face than taking responsibility. Every time I've called Allied, they answer by mentioning "this call is on a recorded line." So if they truly informed me that my case was closed, as they now claim, there should be a clear record--an email, a call log, a recording. If they can produce any record, I WILL GLADLY REMOVE THIS REVIEW and update it to 5 stars. But if it's still here, it's because the "Truth Champions" may not be telling the truth after all. read more

I needed help with water intrusion in the February downpour - since my condo unit is on the 3rd floor and the laundry room exhaust fan exits on the roof.
