Literally how I left the place. This was completely terrible. Went in for a mani and pedi turns out they claim they don't do both hands and feet at the same time would be good to know.

I had some acrylics done here and the girl rushed on my hand, because she was on FaceTime. I was trying to tell her that the nails were hurting me but she was too occupied with the call. 1 week later I had to take them off because my fingers are super swollen. Also prepare to wait 1-2 hours for service and have people called before you because they've been there before. They play favorites.

Okay I decided to come back and try again because they were open when I needed to get my nails and toes done. I didn't want to go to the previous tech and was seen by John and he absolutely did a great job. Super cute, super clean and fixed the design when I asked without making a fuss he was so nice! My pedicure was great too and I'm glad I came back. Coming back in two weeks.

I came here a third time reluctantly because my sister drove us here. I got a manicure (no polish) and a regular polish pedicure. The tech KATHY/CATHY did such a poor job. I can't even look at my pedicure without getting mad. I will have to remove the polish and reshape and clean my nails myself. None of my nails were done in consistent shape nor cleaned properly. The job was done with haste and the end result looked harsh. When I asked for it to be fixed, she spent about a minute "fixing" my hands. They still looked terrible afterwards. When I asked for a full refund because they all looked so awful, they told me "no we don't do refunds for a completed service that she spent an hour on." She only spent at most, half an hour on me. Another tech came over and had the audacity to say that my "nails looked good and they don't do refunds for a good service." They can do refunds they just don't want to. This is just another reason this business has 2.5 stars. The cashier was nice, patient and calm. She offered to redo my manicure and did a great job. Even added oil to my nails to moisturize them. Kathy did not even do this. I will not be returning to this business ever again. It really does depend the nail tech you pay, however the business should have CONSISTENT STANDARDS and provide better customer service.

The receptionist is a BITCH, you walk in ask for a nail tech and she says the nail tech is busy and has people waiting Then someone walks in asks for the same nail tech and she sits them down to get nails done right away I asked why if I was there first as ask for that tech and she says she's busy

the workers are really friendly and helpful yet are professional nevertheless. i always come here and every time they do an amazing job and have reasonable prices as well. i completely recommend.

Not much to say, zoom in on horrible work from Ming and she is mean.

Don't waste your time, money and gas. This is child's play with a simple manicure. when i asked Ming/Hing to clean off polish of from skin lady got mad went to two other ladies they all came to see my nails and started laughing and talking amongst themselves. all nails are different shapes, she cut one More than the others and didn't even pretend to try to take off cuticles. horrible experience

If you are contemplating visiting this nail shop, PLEASE please save your time and your money dears. Couldn't be more disappointed in the results. Upon arriving, we did not have to wait any time to be brought it, which at first I thought "How lovely", my sister was brought in first, and in literally a span of 10 minutes, she was done. The service is immensely rushed. Their Work is SO SLOPPY!! Cuticles we're not cleaned right, and residue was left all along my nail beds. My nail lady looked like she had no idea what she was doing, and literally left my gel manicure so bumpy , bubbly like and thick. If I could give this NEGATIVE STARS, I would. I can't help but laugh looking at these nails, of how bad of a job was done. STEER CLEAR!!!

The older female nail tech did not listen to any of my concerns in regards to my manicure. I voice my concern many times but it went unnoticed. It's only been 4 hours since the lady finished my gel manicure and this is what it looks like. I will never step foot in this nail shop ever again or recommend to any friends. This is what my nails look like 24 hours after Nick did my nails. Came back to have him to fix them and he said he would fix them when he finished with his client absolutely understandable. So I waited for an hour and then he came over and said I'd have to wait for another 2 clients before he'd be able to fix them for me. Which wasn't what he said when I originally asked him. He said he would be with each client for roughly 2 hours each. So he was basically asking me to wait for a total of 5 hours to quickly fix the bad job he'd done. First time coming to this place and it will definitely be the last. For $70 dollars for a simple set you should be happy with the final result. And, overall I would expect better service. I could not believe he was upset that I didn't like them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

After getting a fill my nails still looked as if i needed a fill, big space between cuticles, never coming back! Rushed threw it to help more customers! 1/10 dont come here Lisa was the lady that did them, very bulky! I told them to take off the gel polish and file my shit down and to put clear coat NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!! AND I STILL PAID FULL PRICE!!!!

I can't believe the reviews on here! Every time I come here it's sooo crowded with lots of regular customers. You can't make an appointment so that sucks but I make sure to come when I'm not in a hurry. I've received amazing service from Tom, Cathy, Carol & John. Cathy is so sweet and patient and I'm extremely picky so I can't thank her enough for that. I highly recommend it here. Tom pays attention to every single detail & John helped me when I walked in super last minute with a broken nail. He had a great attitude and was happy to help me. Carol is super sweet, my best friend goes to her & they're always laughing & having a good time! The salon is also clean and well maintained. read more

They didn't sanitize at all after each person!!! They are way to fast and don't even do a good job on their work. My nail/skin was burning & I told the lady to be careful because my skin is sensitive and she said "what do you want me to do about it." She told me off because I reported her and was being unprofessional just because I spoke up. read more

Lucy is the best! I've been coming here for so long. I've tried to find other nail salons closer to home but none have compared! She's quick but very detailed. Shaping is always on point, whether you want almond, coffin or square. She's great at designs too. I always leave here happy. Here are a few pictures of her work. This place is too damn pricey for the shitty job that they do!! The techs rush to squeeze in as many customers as then can instead of carrying about the quality of work! My manicure looks like crap, I have gel on my skin and there's a big gap between the cuticle and nail. They talk shit in their language when you don't choose what they want you to do! This nail salon does not care about the quality of work at all !!! read more

This place is amazing! I came in for the first time today after seeing their work on instagram! I am so happy I found them! I believe the girl who worked on my nails was carol. The wait time was very minimal and they finished my nails like in 35 minutes. The shape is amazing and the color is everything! I will definitely be coming back. I've been going on and off to this nail shop, it's the closest to my apt currently but I didn't come here often because before I did t feel as if they had the best customer service experience. But today I went because they open earlier than my regular nail shop and Kim helped me she did my nails sooooooo amazing I love them ! She took care of me and she was so nice and polite and just sooo attentive she remembered my name and everything , I will def be returning but only to Kim she's amazing ! read more

Was going to get a gel mani, when the nail tech BROKE my natural nail since she was taking my gel off with the mechanical file. The guy at the front desk just ignored me when I told him what happened & didn't acknowledge what I said until I said something to the girl next to him at the front desk. Then all he said was sometimes natural nails break, what do you want me to do? Maybe teach your employees how to use tools properly or give me a discount since I didn't come in here with broken nails. She broke my nails with the machine, she didn't know how to use it and it got jammed in my nail, how else would the nail break curved?? Nail is broken on both sides from the mechanical file getting stuck on my nail. read more

Terrible service. I asked the lady to file my toe nail down she said no it's even. I told the receptionist that she isn't doing what the customers want. She did nothing about it nor did she tell her anything. The lady before me asked her to cut her nail down ( same lady ) and she literally ignored her. I used to love the service not sure if they just don't care or what anymore. Wouldn't recommend them anymore. read more

The people that work here are really nice. But 40 dollars for dip powder nail that one of my nails was lumpy and the way they filed were crooked I came home and filed them myself. My pedicure looks like if I had painted it, she only cut the toe nails on my left foot! So my right toe nails are longer. And the two coats don't look like a solid color. Not worth 55 dollars. The people were really nice but I felt rushed I hate leaving bad reviews but I didn't leave happy. read more

So, I've been coming her more often and I have noticed that the ladies that do the pedicure are becoming less sanitary!! I love coming here because they do an amazing job l, but I dislike that I always have to tell them to use sanitized tools! When I first started going they always used their tools from a SEALED PACK. And now, they just use some tools that are all bundled up. For those who go, please tell them to use their sanitized tools that are sealed! If the owner is reading this, please enforce your employees of how important that is to the customers. read more

I came in to do a fill on Sunday and the same day my nail cracked in half and the initial crack I had on another finger was not touched up. I just came this morning to fix it and the girl in the front is already going off about their "warranty" and how it's not their fault. I did not even say anything I simply stated what happened and she's arguing with me back/forth and I said so you can't fix it or what? She said she's going to charge me and I say fine and then I get to the nail tech and she wants to charge me more. And I said no that's what she said and I said she shouldn't be giving out prices if she doesn't know. This one then is arguing with me too. I do my nails often and this was my 3rd time in here and would absolutely not recommend. Then on my way out I asked the receptionist fenalfor her name and she wouldn't want to give it up like if I was asking for SSN! She claims her name "Tao". read more

Worst place to get pedicures!!! She asked me more than once to get gel or callus removal and i said no thank you. She kept on insisting and I said no once again. I stumbled across this place due to driving 30 minutes and attempting to have a walk-in at Laque in North Hollywood. Not a pleasant experience, so this was my plan B and it was a great one! I was in here for birthday nails & it was such a personal & great experience. I don't remember the girls name but she took care of me. Manicure and pedicure. As she was doing my nails she kept asking is this fine? Do you like this? Making sure i was completely satisfied versus sitting there in silence, I appreciated that. Price was great!! $16 for gel + $8 for nail design on two fingers per hand (see picture) and my pedicure was $12, she used the same gel polish and my nails & gave me a great food massage my total was only $36! I couldn't believe how cheap that was! You must go here!! read more

If you want to caught 1. An infecton you can go there. Be observant, yes it's cheap but I counted 60 people the time I was there and not once, they sanitized the nail clippers or any other tool. 2. They laughed at you when they make you bleed and tell each other to look at you when you're in pain. 3. Just because they use a bag to do the pedi doesn't mean anything else in that chair is clean. I never bled so much, I got a nasty infection on my toes, it's been two weeks and my toe is still swolle n. I'll post it but is too disgusting read more

I am so disappointed i came here at 7pm and they wouldn't work on me because they wanted to leave at 7:30pm on the dot. I have came here before and it was never an issue since I only wanted a pedicure and a regular mani. But since the owner or boss was not here they said no since they did not want to risk leaving one minute after 7:30. I mean how long would a pedi and regular mani take. read more

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR INSTAGRAM! K, I used to LOVE this place. I've been going for 4 years straight for both manicures and pedicures... But their service is just getting shittier every year and the shop is dirty. My nails fall off so fast it's ridiculous.. I'm very careful with my nails, so there's no reason why they should fall off so fast. I've noticed that they put hardly any glue, and it's a very cheap quality glue. As for the service, they're not welcoming or nice at all. I feel like ever since they got big on Instagram they think they're guaranteed to have people coming in so they just stopped caring about how they treat people.. I had a guy do my nails who literally didn't say hello, nothing to me. I sat down and he. didn't talk to me once because I showed him a picture and had my color ready so he had nothing to say to me. Midway, he got a phone call and talked the whole time he finished my nails. I'm so done with this place. I'd rather pay more for good service and quality. You lost a customer read more

Went in for pedi this week. And there are not taking the precautions for Covid. On the Instagram they show allot of photos of disinfectants and about checking temps but they do not do it at all. I went in the didnt clean my chair after someone left. I was there four a pedi for senior 30 mins pple from other workstation left and came and saw no one cleaning after each client. Very Unprofessional! I asked for a mask as soon as I sat down with the nail tech, she brushed me off by saying "later," it was because she didn't understand what I was asking for, I had to explain what a mask was and then she said they're all out of mask. I showed my nails to the manager when I arrived and she quoted me a price of $25 which included a fill, plus 2 nail replacements along with the v-shaped design. Once I sat down the actual nail tech quoted me a price of $43!!! A $18.00 cost difference. My nail tech was not experienced as I could tell by her techniques, she was really struggling to take off a nail that was very loose, i took it off myself lol. If you don't have a regular nail tech without an appointment they assign you to an amateur nail tech who barely speaks English and who is doing a trial and error job. Finally when I went back to the "Manager," at the front desk she didn't stand by her original price, told me they were out of mask, and when I asked her for a different nail tech to just remove the entire set she said "Maybe you should go somewhere else where they have masks." I would give them a zero if I could. I can't tell people where to spend their money, but I will say this I won't be back! read more

So the negative reviews about their fast and sloppy work are right. Went in at 10 and was done by 10:30. The lady didn't even do my cuticles and she was rushing as fast as she could because apparently doing someone else's nails was more important than doing mine. And it wasn't even that busy. Paid $65 for a full set with simple design. This place only cares about getting as many sets finished without care about quality or making sure you get the best work done on your nails. Overpriced too. Not coming back and definitely don't recommend coming here. read more

Horrible. That simple. First off all of these people are in a rush to finish to get another client. Been there 3 times and all the same result. I got my nails done on Friday and with out even trying my nails are already coming off. I think it might be cheep products being used and charging an arm and a leg. The only person I have liked is the first girl to the left as your walking in. I notice how she is in no rush and takes her time. She is probably the only one in there that can do nails. ***NOTE I asked for a simple short natural look. That's what I got but maybe I needed to mention that I wanted them to last me at least two weeks! my nails have lasted me 3 days. HOW RIDICULOUS! Never again. I gave them enough opportunities. AND I have that they promote there Instagram like they are the best in town. This place NEEDS MORE QUALITY and less QUANTITY. read more

So I have been here a total of 4 times and each time it has been a different experience. The first time I came here my nails turned out okay, not too great and not too bad, however the set on each hand looked comply differently from the other. I paid $75 dollars for some nails that I wasn't completely satisfied with. I let it go and came back and this time my nails were done by a different lady and they came out amazing! I loved them and they were even on both hands, and about $70 dollars this time. I was completely happy and satisfied with the outcome. I came for a third time and my nails came out great again, paid $70. Therefore, I thought the first time was just a one time mistake. However, this last time I went I had the same outcome as the first time and my nails were not even and I wasn't satisfied. And again I was charged $75. I wish they would care more about the quality of their work, rather than how much they are charging. read more

The nail tech was charging me an extra $5 to remove my nails and took a nail and pried my nails off instead of soaking them. It was so painful and she cut through my actual nails twice and made me bleed. She said she wouldn't charge me the removal because she hurt me. read more

I work around this area so this nail shop is so close to my work. I get gel manicure most of the time and they're very attentive to my nails. The gel lasts me almost 3 or 4 weeks. My nails still look like the first day, shiny and all. The ladies there are very friendly and they make me feel welcome.
