Plain latte with oat milk, coffee
Amy J.

The QR menu says a server will come to your table but nobody ever does. You have to go to the counter to order. The menu is also not updated; I ordered the crème brûlée latte but was told "I don't think you can do that anymore" ok? Are you sure or do you not want to make it? Idk. Not helpful. At the counter, the staff was unwelcoming. A blonde woman working definitely didn't want to be here or help anybody. The latte itself was alright. Not bad at all. Less bitter than others I've had. The "cocktails" on their menu are pretty basic and lack creativity. It's just a regular bar menu with lemon drop shots and such. Nothing was interesting enough to try. The ambiance is alright. Spacious and people mind their own business. The decor is modern and artsy warehouses vibes. Moderately loud music playing and lots of conversations can be heard (raised voices due to music). Pretty standard I'd say. If I was working here with my laptop I would definitely use headphones. You could not take a phone call in here, no way the person would hear you correctly. Doesn't smell like much, which is good! Would not come back.

What a cool space! I was in town for work and came here with two of my coworkers to get some work done. For a Tuesday night, this place was pretty poppin. They have a nice outside patio area that we walked through when we walked in and a few people were sitting around the fire pits all cozied up. What a cute space. I can imagine that during the summer, it's probably so fun to hang out there with friends. There was also a food truck outside, which was the only food for this area. Inside, there's lots and lots of seating and even an upstairs area with more seating. It's primarily a bar area though so we of course ordered some espresso martinis to power us through some work that we had to do. It was fun to see the different groups of people here. I definitely would come here to grab a drink with some friends and hang out, or even come back to work during the day. Wish Vegas had more cool casual places like this.

This was such a fun little spot to hang out at. They have a really great patio area and for the warmer months I'm sure it is really nice to sit out on. The inside had a good amount of space to and had some really fun decor. I enjoyed their drink menu. They had some creative offerings and a good amount of beers on tap. The best thing that I tried was a cocktail which I can't remember the exact name of, but it was Graham something. It had a graham cracker rim and was just a really good drink. I do wish that they had different food options. I wasn't super impressed with the taco truck.

I really loved the hibiscus margarita and the energy here! It's pretty big and we got a nice booth in the corner where all 8 of us could sit. they also had some other catchy drinks like the "apple roan" and a spicy margarita. They offer board games and have really cool merch, the line is a little long for drinks, but it moves quick. Unfortunately, the food trucks outside were not that good, only two options and neither was too appealing.

I really adore the chill, artsy ambiance of this place! I visited Denver for a work trip and vacation. Sunday afternoon, I was looking for a place to get work done and this bar was recommended a few times online. It is all street parking, but I was able to find some quick. There is a TON of seating here, lots of tables and outlets, and a good amount of people were working and many just hanging out and enjoying some drinks, and even watching the football game. Since I was working, I made camp at a booth and put on my noise cancelling headphones - it is quite noisy so keep that in mind if you are planning to work! Their wifi is pretty fast and reliable. I really enjoyed the ambiance during my visit. There were some art vendors tabling inside. I talked to one and bought some jewelry, I caught one of the last of their summer markets! A guitarist played some music. And there was a flash tattoo popup. I really loved all the murals, interor furniture, tall ceilings, and big windows for a ton of natural light. Servers walked by regularly, very attentive. I wasn't in the mood for alcohol, but their espresso bar isn't open on the weekends, so they only have drip coffee and cold brew. I tried the drip coffee and it wasn't too bad. I would love to return and try some of their drinks. I also grabbed a bite at a food truck parked next to the outdoor seating, it was indian food, delish! Overall, I had such a great time here. It is a great place to chill and spend some time. Thanks for giving me a great start to my Denver trip!

I went here for a girls meetup group, and I have to say that I was so impressed! I ordered a basic iced latte, bc that's how knowing the coffee is good. It was such a great latte with rich depth, but not overly complex or bitter. The service was wonderful, as the staff were all friendly. The work space in area was so massive with so many places to sit, including a massive outdoor area. There was a food truck that starting gearing up to serve lunch for people around 12:00 pm. There is also an actual bar for cocktails. I give this place five stars!

Amazing place to come for some great drinks, yummy food trucks and a dog friendly patio! Service was really nice and helpful. Only downside it can get pretty sunny outside if you have your dog, but the inside had great air conditioning!

Fell in love with this location because of the super laid back and chill atmosphere. Loads of space (indoor&outdoor), murals, food trucks, fire pits, coffee, cocktails - improper city checks off all the key points + more. Servers come outside as well, which was pleasant. They had a wide variety of drink options - this allowed my full party to find a cocktail of their liking. The food was also great with nice portions. However, the food trucks are expected to revolve, so I would keep this in mind. Parking was pretty minimal , but they do have lots nearby. Ultimately, I can find myself spending hours here with ease.

Perfect patio spot for a sunny day. Great variety of beer on tap, and food truck outside for snacks. Our server was incredibly engaging, giving us a riddle for us to ask him for clues about every time he came by. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a spot to just spend some time outside with friends in the city.

Improper City! If you don't know, you should know! Located in the hot spot of RiNo, Improper City is a cool spot for drinks, food trucks, and even working during the day. I've experienced everything mentioned before and it hits the spot for all of them. The drinks are plentiful with a large selection of beers and delicious cocktails. I especially love their hibiscus margarita. If you're a fan of margaritas, I highly, highly recommend checking it out. There are always food trucks on their very large patio as well. I've had Asian food, sliders, and tacos there. All of them were delicious! The service is great too. You can order drinks at the bar, but there are also servers that serve the outdoor patio as well. I've never had an issue with service here. Although I've just listed a few things I love about this place, my favorite thing about Improper City is the atmosphere. The inside is very open with plenty of space to mingle without being too loud or crowded. The outdoor patio is very large as well with plenty of seating and even a couple of firepits for chilly nights! If you find yourself in RiNo, Improper City is a must stop!

This is one of my fav places to do work if I'm not at home or at my office and need a great place with some energy/light/plugs in RiNO Just note that there is only a coffee bar from M-F until 3pm and then it's just beer. This kind of stinks for me on the weekends bc at least I'm not trying to drink at 10am yet. Things to Note: 1) food truck rotations 2) bring your dog on the patio 3) one private talk room 4) next to movement 5) lots of seating and standing room

There's plenty of comfy seating to lounge on, as well as a bartop for folks to sit on. This place operates as a cafe and light brunch place in the mornings, and a dim, moody vibe with a full bar in the evenings. All the workers here are really nice and approachable. When coming in, there are menus by the front door. When I went, it was around 11am on a Sunday, so it was pretty crowded. They have a food pop-up in the back patio that rotates between vendors, to my understanding. The back seating area is covered and has two space heaters nearby. Lots of fun things to choose from on the menu. I got an Irish Coffee, would highly recommend!

There is plenty of seating but it was crowded when we arrived but we were able to find some seats close to a fire pit to stay warm. They offer a menu of shareable bites with a global spin. We ordered the chips and guacamole made with avocado and fresh made tortilla chips. We split the braised short rib tacos with avocado, cojita and radish that came with three tacos per order. The steak tacos were very tender and plentiful with toppings. We also tried a variety of cocktails from their bar. Their winter drink menu that highlights warm and spiced cocktails, a curated wine bottle list, and a spectrum of Denver's favorite craft beers. I tried the mezcal hot chocolate that was served with toasted marshmallows on top. Also tried a peach mocktail and asked them to add mezcal. Both cocktails were elevated and hand crafted. Other people in my party tried the Elevated Old Fashioned with Brush creek strait bourbon, angostura amaro, dry curacao, honey. Service was friendly and efficient, and everything came out quickly. It's a great spot for drinks with a view, light bites, or for a fun night on the town.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.
