We were told by Madison that it would have been much easier had my mother taken care of adding me prior to her passing. Sorry that wasn't our top priority while she was in the hospital for 22 days and hospice for 3 before she passed. Silly us! Long story short, they can't do anything to help in any way, and we need to wait for Tracie with survivor support to get back to us in "1-2 business days" to tell us that we'll need to close the accounts and open new ones. You can count on that happening...new ones at Wells Fargo across the parking lot. They also have the wrong phone numbers and email addresses associated with the accounts and we can't even get those corrected. A completely useless visit. Wells Fargo, on the other hand, was able to add me as a user to their joint accounts with no issues at all. So, it's not a banking industry issue, it's a Navy Federal issue. It's exactly why I personally stopped using my account with them years ago. Their motto is "Our members are the mission". Yeah, if the mission is to be unhelpful and add a bunch of red tape to a simple process. I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

    ***THIEF EMPLOYEE***…read more I took my car to Checkered Flag Toyota for a simple service appointment, and before handing over my keys, I specifically checked the entire vehicle, including the center console where I had cash stored. When the service was finished and they gave my keys back, the money was gone. Someone inside that service department clearly stole from my vehicle, and instead of taking accountability or conducting a serious investigation, management acted like it was no big deal and seemed more interested in protecting their employees. The manager even handed me the amount of money that was stolen as if that somehow solved the issue. No, it does not solve the issue -- the fact that there is apparently a thief working there and management is willing to cover for it is completely unacceptable. It is shocking that a dealership representing a major brand operates with this level of dishonesty and lack of integrity. Customers should not have to worry about their belongings being stolen while their car is supposedly being serviced. I am beyond angry and disappointed with how this situation was handled.
