I also started my first and only credit card here too. The nRewards is great for those who are trying to improve their credit or just need some $$$ in case of an emergency. You can set it for a certain limit which is good for those who are tempted to spend. I got my dad to open an account here too. He doesn't speak English and we had a Laos translator speak to him through the phone and made everything so easy! I did my car loan through Navy Federal. It was fast and easy, you can even do it online. I was able to get a great deal and incredibly low APR. I use the NavyFederal mobile app on iPhone all the time. The eDeposit makes it convenient for me to deposit my check by taking a picture of the front and back. It usually only takes about an hour to a day for me to have the money in my bank. The employees here are really sweet and patient. If you ever have any questions or concerns they are eager to answer and help you.

    one year ago I was a customer with Fast Auto Loans, I had an emergency I had to deal with, well 14…read moremonths later life happened again! decided to shop closer to my job time and time was not on my side, so I decided to go on again this time on my off day, PEOPLE HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR i was looking for that professionalism that i received from Lisa it was my first time doing a title loan and when i walked in she made me feel like a family member. what really made me at ease was the way she clued in, and turned my concern into comfort not by telling me and being scripted or Robotic, which was my experience with other companies the tone was get her in AND OUT ugggg!! with Fast Loan Auto and Ms Lisa my experience was nothing but sincere,and concern about me getting my needs met she made sure I knew she was happy to assist me and my situation, quick note i was offered and served bottled water and candy wow!!.I took out my personal time to say Fast Auto good job you got it right you nailed with it delivering a lasting impression creating a repeat customer with Lisa trust and believe the completion is there but when you have top notch customer service that is the difference and you have my business again thank you Lisa, see you very soon!!!

    I want to start by saying that we have been dealing with 518 Auto for years, and it has always been…read moreour go-to place since they first opened. We have typically worked directly with Kyle, the owner, especially because our children drive these vehicles and he truly values safety. This time, however, we worked with Mark. Things started off well. I made it clear that the vehicle was for my son, and initially, Mark seemed attentive. He even asked for a Yelp review while I was signing the paperwork, but I prefer to wait until the entire process is completed before leaving a review. Unfortunately, after the paperwork was signed, the experience went downhill. The vehicle needed servicing because the battery would not start. Mark informed my son that a part had to be ordered and that the car would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. Monday passed, and on Tuesday (1/13/26), Mark texted my son stating the vehicle would be ready at 1:00 PM. When my son and husband arrived on Tuesday, things became frustrating. They were told that the temporary tags Ms. Hall had prepared were misplaced. My husband also noticed that Mark seemed more focused on selling cars to other customers rather than assisting the customer who was standing right in front of him. It felt as though my son and his vehicle were no longer a priority since the paperwork was signed. When the car was finally started, it became clear that there was no gas in the vehicle. Mark continued running the car despite this and stated he was too busy to get gas, yet the car could not be moved off the lot. The car eventually ran out of gas right there. Mark then said he would send someone to get gas. After waiting for some time, someone arrived with a gas can, filled the vehicle, and Mark said everything was fine. However, once my husband got into the car to finally leave, he realized that the windows and radio were not working. Because of this, we were unable to even check the heating and cooling to see how it worked. My husband went back inside to inform Mark, but instead of addressing the issue, Mark told him hold on, made a phone call, spoke briefly to others, stated he was leaving, and walked out leaving my husband standing in the parking lot without any explanation. Before my husband could become more upset, AJ stepped in thankfully. I want to sincerely thank AJ, Alex, Ms. Hall, and Scott for stepping up and helping us through this situation. Their efforts did not go unnoticed. They worked together as a team to help resolve the issue. While we are still waiting for the vehicle to be fully serviced, AJ and Scott went above and beyond by providing us with a loaner car in the meantime. Because of them, our confidence in 518 Auto has not been completely lost, and we truly appreciate their professionalism and support.

MARK the sales guy was making it seem like he was going to try to help with the situation and figure something out. The guy never tried to reach out and was dodging me as much as he could. This place and guy is terrible.
