Once our luggage was inside, we immediately called two companies for estimates. Both had solid reputations and sent someone over. In less than two hours we had their quotes. He was GREAT... very friendly, thorough and professional. Our driveway was swept clean, the tree and all its limbs were gone that day and the larger logs, as promised, were hauled away early the next morning. We are very glad that we called Miguel and HIGHLY recommend G Garcia Tree Service. They're a class act.

I'm disappointed with the execution of the tree-trimming service. Before the work began, Elvis came…read moreout to assess the tree and specifically discussed two important aspects of the project with me: shaping and pruning the tree into a round, balanced shape, and trimming the tree away from my neighbor's house. When Junior and his crew came out to perform the work, the results did not match what had been discussed. The tree was not adequately trimmed away from my neighbor's house, and the final shape was also not the round shape I had specifically requested. I contacted the company afterward and asked them to come back out to address the issues and bring the work closer to what had originally been discussed. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and I did not receive a meaningful response or resolution. I want to acknowledge that the price was reasonable, and the crew did complete the work. However, the finished product did not reflect the instructions and expectations that were clearly discussed during the initial consultation. I would have expected better communication between the person who provided the estimate and the crew performing the work, as well as better attention to the agreed-upon details. More importantly, I expected the company to stand behind its work and address the concerns I raised afterward.

He said no, they would take care of it since the debris of the trees being trimmed had to be removed, and I need not worry. I PAID for the removal of the debris. I even had them put it in the contract & emailed him directly ensuring it was ok. He wrote back stating everything would be taken care of. The day of the work when they arrived they had a picnic lunch in front of my house for about an hour. When they were wrapping it up I went out to inspect and they had not trimmed to the fence line, especially at very top of trees. I asked them to continue until everything was back to the fence line. They weren't happy but knew I was right so they did it. When they were about to leave the second time, I inspected. They hadn't cleaned up all the debris in that area, but had pushed it back in a massive pile against the fence. They got Ross on the phone and the worker handed phone to me. Ross was mad, he tried to tell me that wasn't included and that they were giving me free work. First of all I triple checked with him specifically regarding the cleanup and debris removal and second of all nothing was free. I paid $907.50 for this job to get done. He said he would call me back after he checked the email I had sent him and as I was handing the phone back to the worker and forgetting that the phone was on speaker. I said what an asshole and he heard me and got very very, very mad. He called me back said they would take care of it but that I should be grateful because he gave me stuff for free and that they would never ever ever want to do business with me again that's fine. I would never do business with them again as they did not stick to the agreement and tried to tell me I was getting things for Free and trying. To get away with doing a substandard job. Ross really lived up to the name I called him!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS !
