When I bought the vanity, it supposedly had all the shelves included, as shown during the purchase. However, when the delivery service finally dropped it off, they managed to send me the wrong shelves in the wrong color. Impressive, right? Naturally, I tried calling to rectify this--not once, not twice--but several times over several days, leaving messages in vain (pun intended). I even left a message with an actual person (so I know my message was heard), and yet... nothing. Radio silence. Honestly, is it that hard to pick up the phone or return a call? Now, don't get me wrong--the vanity itself looked great at first glance, but the customer service? Utterly abysmal. It's like the moment you hand over your money, every shred of professionalism and support goes straight down the drain. Oh, and don't even bother trying to get through the voicemail system--it's always full. Don't worry, though, if it isn't full, the call will kindly hang up on you anyway. Efficient and impersonal. A winning combination for anyone wanting to test their patience. So here I am now, out of pocket for shelves that were originally supposed to be included with my purchase. And surprise, surprise--no one is responding anymore. Not a peep. It's almost like they disappeared into a void as soon as they cashed my payment. Let's make this clear: my receipt does NOT say the vanity was sold "as-is," so this experience is just straight-up unprofessional. Lesson learned: If you decide to purchase from here, either bring a magnifying glass and triple-check every item, or consider spending your hard-earned money elsewhere. We were sent an unlicensed worker who was a nice guy, but messed up our electrical. It was not all up to code and was a fire hazard. We also didn't hear from the owner for a week after the job started 3 days late. He came back into the picture when the job was a few days from being finished to ask for more money. He also tried to charge us for more than we were initially quoted saying he spent a lot of money on materials. He never came to the job site once it started, and we were buying materials for the worker who was here. Long story short, a job they said would be 3 days is going on 2 weeks and incomplete. The worker he sent would show up sometimes at 5pm to start work. Everyday we were told the job would be finished in 1-2 days. Now we have to spend more money on someone to fix the mess they left. We're moved into our new home with no kitchen and electrical wires hanging everywhere. We fired them because it was ridiculous. Definitely a scam.

Over the years, I had purchased two or three from him without issue. But that came to an abrupt end! He stated that he ordered it and then never heard back from him. For weeks I called, texted and left him voice mails to no avail. Not sure what the issue was, but never heard from him again. Fast forward to today, as a last resort I reached out to him again for a spa issue. Absolutely zero response! In reading a few of his other reviews, I see a similar pattern. Not sure what caused Mike to dump his old customers to never be heard from again, but business must be good to treat customers that way. Not sure that is how a successful business treats its customers. A true shame that Mike made that choice!!
