From beginning to end my spa experience was seamless. Completely refreshing when a place of…read morerelaxation exceeds expectations. I called 1 min before closing and was called back, after hours by the owner veronica Margo. Veronica very kindly, thoroughly, and professionally scheduled a facial and lymphatic drainage massage for my birthday weekend. Her genuine gentle demeanor let me know I was in for a pleasant experience. Veronica took the time to care about my individual needs. I'm very sensitive and TBH veronica is the only person who has respected my preference for a gentle touch. When I arrived I was welcomed with a warm smile into a clean facility. I was completely educated on the line of facial products. Again my needs were checked in with. Most importantly Veronica's vibe made me feel at ease, something I rarely have the luxury of feeling. I left feeling in a space of tranquility. I was staying at the hotel and came back another day for my first ever lymphatic massage & hot oil scalp treatment. Veronica added an aroma birthday gift to my treatment. The energy of healing was consistent. I have never felt so comfortable being able to truly trust, relax, and enjoy a spa treatment. The cost of the services are incredibly fair. I couldn't be grateful enough!

I had to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Shante…read more I came in with some pretty rough right shoulder pain and walked out feeling like Thanos after collecting all the Infinity Stones -- powerful, unstoppable, and wondering if I should start saving the universe. **PLEASE READ THOROUGH REVIEW** First and foremost I'd like…read moreto state that this small business is a Safe Haven. It is partially home-based, at least when I booked I was directed to go to her address. For my ladies I want you to know that this place is safe. I was a little nervous first showing up (you ladies already know how it is to always have your guard up) but I have returned to leave my first review and ensure that this business is everything and Jen deserves 5+ stars Let me tell you that this is probably one of the best businesses you can come across on Yelp! I was looking to book a last minute appointment when I so gladly came across Cloud Nine Healing. Almost as if it were meant for me to find it at the time I did! I reached out to Jen to ask about her services and prices (she also has a thorough website that gets straight to the point) she responded promptly and also made sure to answer any questions I had. I have spent a few years going to different estheticians and let me tell YOU! JEN is the absolute *best* waxer I have ever had. She is so patient, calm and understanding :') NO kidding when I read previous reviews stating that she is amazing and thorough. She allows for comfort and quality conversation -when it is by no means required. I have spent awkward moments with estheticians when it should not be that way to begin with... Everyone has body hair, and once in a while you want to make sure to get that perfect clean look. **This is for my men** who entered the chat and have read this long. Yes Jen offers Manzillian's and if this is your first or second, I recommend you to go to Jen because she definitely will allow you to feel comfort. Of course if you allow yourself to be comfortable! As soon as I got to her place and designated work space, I immediately felt the comfort and acceptance in the space and no longer felt nervous about my first home-based appointment. I kid you not she made me feel right at home -lol :') I really really appreciate you Jen for being so experienced and so welcoming. Your business deserves everything and much more! Jen specializes in massage therapy and is an experienced waxer for 10+ years (most likely more). I will definitely be back for more of her services and can not wait to get a massage from her since that is what helped her grow her business. I will most likely write another review whenever I do get the chance, but just know, again, she deserves the absolute best cliental. Enjoy her comfort space, beautiful decorations, SNACKS, sauna and top tier customer service!! Thanks for tuning in this long. ! :')
