Love it here at Ohana! Always greeted with a smile and taken care of from cryo to tanning and much more!

I had to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Shante. I came in with some pretty rough right shoulder pain and walked out feeling like Thanos after collecting all the Infinity Stones -- powerful, unstoppable, and wondering if I should start saving the universe. But jokes aside, Shante's massage was genuinely life-changing. Her skill is absolutely incredible, and she somehow combines expert-level work with the kind of easy, natural conversation that makes you feel like you're catching up with a longtime best friend. The talent, professionalism, and yes, the out-of-this-world energy made this one of the best experiences I've had. Thank you for having someone like Shante on your team. Please pass along my sincere appreciation -- she's amazing. read more

I love this place. Not only does it have massage and cryotherapy. They have red light therapy facials and a friendly staff! I only come for the insane deep tissue massages. But I can't recommend it enough. My go to girl is Nicole (she knows what she's doing!). It's easy to relax here! Also, it smells SO good in here all the time. Love that. This is the place to be if you want some relaxation. Thanks ohana read more

I am a 55-year-old with the mind and hobbies of a 20-year-old. Whether it's motorcycles or mountain bikes, and am constantly hurting myself. The benefits of cryo are undeniable - it reduces pain and swelling, and speeds healing. The staff at Ohana are cryo experts with both full-body and spot-cryo systems in house. The infrared red light therapy, also, is almost magical. I know there are skin and ligament benefits to be had, but the real results I have experienced are post concussion! I KOd myself last summer at the mountain bike park and literally didn't know where I was, who I was with, or what I did the week prior. After 20 minutes inside the red light I became completely alert and had full recollection. Best of all; I had no post-concussion symptoms. I usually become depressed and have a super short fuse after I whack my head. Red light fixed my coconut head 100%. Go to Ohana for all your ailments! read more

I love coming to Ohana Wellness & Spa! The staff is amazing, Nichole is the one to go to for the best massages. All of the recovery and wellness items from cryotherapy to infrared sauna, red light therapy are helping me get back to my normal life. read more

I had my first Cryo Therapy and massage here a few days ago and I am in awe at the results! I am recovering from a few injuries and the therapy has been working quite well now that's it's been a few days. The staff was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Mandy was my massage therapist and she was fantastic! She made it really easy to ask questions and be very open with her! I can't wait for my next appointment! Below is more info on what exactly Cryo is. Cryotherapy, literally means "cold therapy". It is a technique where the body is exposed to extremely cold temperatures for several minutes. The theory for whole-body cryotherapy (WBC) is that by immersing the body in extremely cold air for several minutes, you could receive a number of health benefits such as inflammation, diminish arthritis pain, assisting with chronic pain from degenerative disk disease and so on. So basically, I stood in an enclosed chamber with an opening for my head at the top, for three minutes!! The enclosure will drop to between negative 200-300°F. It was by far one of the most interesting and truly calming experiences in my life. I'll take this over an ice bath any day! Thank you @ohanacryo for a wonderful first time experience! Can't wait for my next read more

Ohana is an amazing facility with many great services. The cryotherapy tank and spot treatments have saved me on multiple occasions. In my line of work and hobbies, I crash a lot and am always getting banged up. Cryo is the best thing you can do for pain relief and reduction of inflammation. The Ohana facility isn't the only cryo spot in town, just the best! read more

This is my favorite place for self care. I have been coming here for quite a while. The staff is exceptional and you can't go wrong with any of the treatments. My personal favorites are the Cryo facials and red light therapy. I always feel great after my treatments. read more

The theragun therapy really knocked the kinks out of my sore muscles. Verdict is still out on the cryotherapy facial but it was a really interesting experience nonetheless. The owners are running a 50% off special right now. I am typically willing to try any therapy that claims to raise endorphins, which cryotherapy supposedly does. Nice clean facility with CBD products. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone has their reasons for coming and mine is arthritis and menopause. The whole body cryo sessions I do take away my hot flashes for 2 to 3 days after each session and it has also helped the inflammation in my body which makes my arthritis more painful. Reana is the manager and she is amazing! Takes care of everything great. She also does the cryo facials on me which are also amazing! I can't say enough about this place. I look forward to every visit. read more

Fpund this place through Groupon. First time trying cryo. When you enter, Morgan is there to greet you. You have to fill out an electronic questionnaire, which takes a few minutes. Then you are off to the cryo chamber. I was nervous, but Morgan knew exactly how to keep me calm. She talked to me the entire 3 minutes, and it literally felt like 30 seconds. Morgan made me so comfortable. Highly recommend. read more

When our son began to experience knee pain from football practice we started looking into various treatments to help him, his coach mentioned cryo therapy and I remembered that the owners of Ohana Cryo had a daughter that attended the same school as our son so we booked an appointment. Very impressed from the moment we walked in, the staff are incredibly nice and very informative about all the procedures. They explained everything and were not just looking to sell as much seemed genuinely wanting the best for Anthony! We have been weekly regulars for two months now and will be for a long time to come, highly recommend for all athletes, especially the Namotech, it is awesome for recovery! read more

I suffer from migraines and the cryo facial helps to lessen the intensity and frequency. Morgan is amazing and made me feel so welcomed. Her customer service is beyond expectations. Gina is equally fabulous and a pleasure to interact with while receiving the treatment. With the cryo facial, the scalp and neck are also treated which has resulted in my hair growing; added bonus! My skin also looks tighter, with my pours becoming less noticeable. I look forward to my monthly appointments and plan on visiting weekly to manage my migraines as well as the added beauty benefits. I highly recommend Ohana Cryo to anyone looking for a medication-free alternative to pain management. read more

Amazing experience for any athlete in any sport. I highly recommend this place for any your recovery needs. Morgan is amazing

This place is amazing. I initially came in for the whole body Cryo. I workout regularly and found it helped recovery and eliminated soreness. I recently developed tendinitis in my elbow and was in a lot of pain. I called to inquire about a local Cryo session. The day I arrived at the session, I was experiencing significant pain. After the first session, the pain decreased substantially. I am in shock at how much this helped. I've since had two more sessions and will continue until my elbow is healed. I can't recommend OhAna Cryo enough. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. Try it out! read more
