I thought to myself damn maybe she needs more oil or maybe she's going to get those hot rocks .. NOPE came back empty handed. And she didn't just leave for a few seconds it was always minutes at a time. Then to top it off she asked for a tip in the end which is fine (great service deserves a tip) so I said sure I'll give you $10. Apparently that wasn't good enough she wanted $20. Maybe $20 would have crossed my mind if you didn't leave the room 8 times and cut my massage short by 20 minutes. So I said never mind to the tip and I'm 99.99% sure she called me mean names This place is a joke. Avoid it at all costs. I ignored reviews because I like to try things on my own but here I am hoping to prevent another massage seeker the disappointment. oh and they didn't even offer me a sip of water after like all the other place

We were doing a couples massage so we waited and they told us to uundress and get under sheets. They come back again no greetings so I had to tell them to go easy. When they were massaging they are very talented, but the music is nice until the commercials comes on and my massage was interrupted twice because someone came to the front door. Our massage was 45 minutes and they didn't even finish my partners massage. No notice that it's over they just turn light on and exit quickly. When we were leaving no one in front to leave a tip or say goodbye or come again. Will never be back.

She screamed, "This has happened many times to me and you need to pay me"!!, I calmly showed her the transaction on my phone which was pending, she then again screamed at me "SEE YOU HAVE NOT PAID ME"!!!! I said ok I'll call me bank , talked to the bank rep , payment was pending because the WOMAN typed the wrong Zelle info , I had to cancel the payment and she reentered her information, this time I told her don't blame me if you enter your information wrong again , then she had the nerve to say, "DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE TIP" I told her no way I'm going to tip you I walk out and told her I was very displeased with her service

Wow! This is not a place to relax at while getting a massage. My sister and I came today because…read moreshe insisted this was a great place. So after years without going for a massage due to Covid, I decided to get a much needed massage. I paid for a 1-hour full body reflexology massage and my sister paid for a 1-hour table massage (or whatever it's called). The lady who might be the owner, covers the front desk, answers all phone calls, greets incoming customers, and oversees the cash register decided to be the one who would do my massage. But during less than 20 minutes of her "massaging me", she received phone calls and text messages, walked away to greet customers who came in, and kept speaking to the other man that works here while he was massaging my sister. Needless to say these interruptions caused her to take time away from what I paid for and lose her focus on what she was supposed to be massaging (she did not massage any of my fingers on right hand before moving to my feet). This is not an ideal way of making your customers feel relaxed. I came here to be relaxed and feel good during my short visit, but due to all of the interruptions and lack of pressure from her while massaging me and lack of lotion/oil to make the massage smoother while rubbing her skin against mine (felt like minor rug burns when she actually applied a little pressure) I started to feel upset and tense. I decided to speak up and ask her to just stop the massage because I wasn't able to relax and enjoy what I came in for. She seemed very confused as to why, I told her due to the amount of interruptions I cannot relax and enjoy what I paid for. I appreciate that she honored my request to refund me for the remaining time I had paid for; but I will NEVER return to this establishment again, I will stick to another location that's 10 minutes away. I don't mind paying the prices they have here, that was not the issue by any means, I didn't get the experience I paid for. Maybe others will have better luck here, but I know for certain this is not a place I recommend and I know for a fact there are many options nearby to check out instead. Ps They do not put any linens on the massage chairs/tables, just put a small towel on top of you.

I called 1 min before closing and was called back, after hours by the owner veronica Margo. Veronica very kindly, thoroughly, and professionally scheduled a facial and lymphatic drainage massage for my birthday weekend. Her genuine gentle demeanor let me know I was in for a pleasant experience. Veronica took the time to care about my individual needs. I'm very sensitive and TBH veronica is the only person who has respected my preference for a gentle touch. When I arrived I was welcomed with a warm smile into a clean facility. I was completely educated on the line of facial products. Again my needs were checked in with. Most importantly Veronica's vibe made me feel at ease, something I rarely have the luxury of feeling. I left feeling in a space of tranquility. I was staying at the hotel and came back another day for my first ever lymphatic massage & hot oil scalp treatment. Veronica added an aroma birthday gift to my treatment. The energy of healing was consistent. I have never felt so comfortable being able to truly trust, relax, and enjoy a spa treatment. The cost of the services are incredibly fair. I couldn't be grateful enough!
