When i first called Tristan, he came over within 2 days, got our pool cleaned right away from 2 previous awful pool services work. Within a week he got rid of mold beginning to grow in our 1 year newly build pool. On top of that we now have Jimmy who maintains our pool weekly. NEVER misses a week, always making our pool beautiful, sparkly blue. wonderful communicator, shoots us a message when he does something extra to the pool and is always transparent about payments. Tristan was absolutely unprofessional and did an absolutely terrible job on our pool it just looked dirty the entire couple of months that he was in charge of cleaning. We even had algae start to develop and when we asked about our tile looking terrible he said they do not clean the tile and apparently the pool either, so if you're looking for pool cleaning service I don't even see the point in even considering this company. Every time they came the pool still looked dirty they really sucked... I have used a pool cleaning service before and by far these guys are the absolute worst and the perfect example of a company you would not want to affiliate yourself with! I asked if we could stop service and get prorated the month, he insisted that he would continue cleaning even though we were completely unsatisfied with his service, absolutely ridiculous! We had them for about 2 wks. After the first service, we got really heavy winds and my pool got very dirty. I expected to hear about how much it would cost to clean. I figured it might be more expensive. I didn't get any communication. After the second service, all of my pool stuff was left scattered around my pool area, so I figured someone would come by again. I texted Tristan twice to see if I could get info but got no answer. I then reached out via yelp and saw that he read it but I didn't hear back. I had to cancel my service because my pool was super gross and I could not wait any longer to hear back and let my pool get worse. Initially they had two separate guys working who seemed to do a good job maintaining my pool. Those two left and service went down hill fast. I paid him promptly each month and continued to get a bill with a growing balance. This happened twice. Who ever is doing the accounting is terrible. He stopped coming to clean my pool without notice or refunding me the money I paid for the month. Finally, he responded to an email (not the calls) I showed him 6 months of payments from my bank statements!! Still no pool service or refund. I NEVER want Tristan or anyone from this company back at my house! I do want my money for a service he did not provide. This makes him unprofessional at best and a thief at worst. After submitting multiple quote requests through Yelp, Tristan was among the first to respond, gave me a reasonable estimate, and give me an appt. time that is convenient for me. On the day of the appointment, Tristan gave me advanced notice that he was on his way, and arrived exactly on time. I explained the issue to him regarding my pool pump and lines. He checked a few things and was able to locate the problem within 10 minutes. The fix was simple (for him, as he had the proper tools). While he was working, I casually mentioned some other minor issues in passing. Once Tristan was done with the primary task, he took time to troubleshoot those minor items for me, fixed them, and explained other aspects of pool maintenance and gave me many good tips. Besides getting my pool line unclogged, I was able to get other minor annoyance taken care of and learned things that I hadn't known after owning a pool for 10 years. Tristan is a good guy. Pool service lacks in good service. Pool guys admitted that for month and a half winds kept him from doing my pool. I noticed it was not getting done. Then wants to send text thinking he is going to lean my house. Do your job quit being lazy. Do not hire this company.want my money Earn it.reply to your own review. Dirt and trees did not allow pool to be vacuumed. Funny you vacuumed it before that. And don't think you ever took my filter apart. Someone was always here watching you. Initially I was happy with service, but over time they kept getting more sloppy. I think the business grew too fast and the pool guys tried to cut corners and spend as little time as possible. 5-10 minutes spent was average time week, so there wasn't much scrubbing of pool, emptying of skimmers, etc...and forget about ever checking filters. I had to cancel my service after a major wind storm in which I spent an hour cleaning before they showed up...then they spent 8 minutes cleaning pool then said it was a multi week job bc of winds. read more

Excellent company! We needed to replace our pool heater, and Mike quoted us a price hundreds of dollars lower than the other pool companies I called. They came out within two days and replaced the heater. Not only that,they scheduled a repair of our pool coping, which had broken at the filter.
