I was in desperate need of a pool heater repair guy and finding one to look at my older model heater was next to impossible. But luckily a friend of mine referred Lucas to me and to this day I can't thank them enough. Lucas sent out his repair guy Issac for the job. Issac was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and very very professional. Many pool companies employees told me to get rid of my heater as they tried to sell me a new one($3000+) but Issac came out and fixed it like a true champ. This pool service is horrible. We drained the pool at Mr Lucas request. The water is green Within a month. Barley any communication. It's ridiculous. This company is just extremely awful. read more

Wow, Lucas is the man! My pool pump went out and needed a quick replacement, and Lucas had the best prices and attitude so I went with him. Great choice. I just fired my pool guy because he was a dip-n-dash'er and did absolutely nothing, and this is my first pool so I really don't know anything. Lucas patiently explained everything from chemical balance to products to how my pump and filter worked. Not one question was met with anything other than informative answers and options. I have a rental property with a pool. The service we had was good, but a little out of our budget range and had poor communication. We began our search for a new pool service. We spoke to many people, but Lucas really stuck in our minds, because he seemed to be kind hearted and genuinely concerned about the needs of our pool. He made several suggestions without even being hired. He just seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. We hired him and have had nothing but class A service since then. He is quick to fix problems, texts when he arrives and departs the property and even sends photos of the finished work. He has been 100% dependable and very easy to work with. I contacted Sierra Pool Services regarding a pool heater that wasn't working. Lucas was scheduled to show on a Thursday, but had to reschedule due to not having enough coverage. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday (they apologized for the inconvenience, even though I cleared my calendar for the first day.) Come Tuesday, he was a little late, but was very thorough when inspecting our heater, which I appreciated. He quickly spotted the problem (a corroded circuit board) and gave us the options we needed to move towards getting the heater to work again. He came back again (a little late) after the needed part was ordered and fixed it perfectly. Overall, Lucas was friendly and informative. Just make sure you have a bit of time to wait. read more

I Just learned that the reason Why my pool skimmer was unplugged is due to the fact it is broken. It's only 6 months old. To top it off, this "worker" sent me an invoice for his work. $150 for the month of November. I had to pay another pool company $250 to bring my pool back to normal, plus a broken skimmer, and now this bs? Avoid these guys at all costs!!! read more

Recently got rid of our old pool guy that was usually M.I.A. Hired Sierra Pool Services (Lucas) to clean up the mess our previous pool guy left behind (incorrect pool ph). Lucas had to drain our pool to correct the problem left behind by the previous pool guy. So far the quality of service by Sierra Pool Services is night/day compared to the last guy. Lucas shows up on time and on his scheduled day. Lucas also takes the time to clean our pool thoroughly. The last guy would finish in under 5 minutes sometimes. I would highly recommend Sierra Pool Service, they do great work at a fair price. read more
