I came to this location alone and nervous ( first bike shopping) Brent greeted me right away. Brent helped me get my first bike a few days later. Friendly staff made the entire buying process welcoming and easy. Thank you Brent, Jerry and TJ see you guys on the road!

I've been going to this dealership for about 6-7 years now. I'm not one to only shop at one dealership so I do bounce around but for the past 6-7 years I've bought two bikes here, had three bikes serviced here, two bikes with motor work and Dyno, and store two of the bikes here. Everything from sales to parts and service have been outstanding. If there wasn't something I liked or a price I wasn't cool With I spoke up. Brent Mudgett in sales,, Odie Baltaragis at Parts counter and Ronnie W in service have all been very responsive and willing to work with me on what I wanted for each job. I apologize but I forgot the guy's name in finance but he was great as well since I was buying the most recent bike on a Sunday and wanted to pay up front but he hooked me up through finance and when I received the packet I just sent them the check. It made it a smooth transaction instead of having to come back during the week to completed the purchase. So thanks to my man in Finance. One other thing, I don't like bells and whistles and they respected that and let me purchase quietly without all the horns and bells going off. That's a deal breaker for me. So great job for doing what the customer, Me, wanted. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend you speak up and get what you want your way. These guys will make that happen but you have to speak up. Thanks fellas.

Everyone here is super friendly. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and asked if I need assistance whether I am looking at a bike or browsing clothes.. Even if it is by an employee who isn't working in said department. I like that I never go unnoticed. The service area is very pleasant to deal with (not sure why they have negative reviews) and very knowledgeable. If you are getting something fixed, stick around &shop some of the apparel. They have really cool clothes and leather jackets. Ask for Abby, the retail manager, if you need any help picking out new threads, she's rad!

I called to get a price on a tire and was on hold for 12+ minutes before I ended the waiting game.

I moved to IL Harley from Lisle as they were not to be trusted and I had many serious issues with them and might have contributed to their downfall.

We as customers have an obligation to ourselves to know the product we purchase and the price we purchase it at . Ask questions if you have them. I asked many questions, they were very helpful. They didn't avoid questions and knew the products they were selling in the store. Their display outside is what caught my eye. I was nearby enjoying a National Historical Site, and saw the Go Karts as I drove by. I thought "So much fun." What a great place to have in the community . They have protective wear to use your Toys responsibly, and they have a Tool Department and Repair department as well. I did not make a purchase. But I do believe if I asked them , the performance and repair questions, they would have been helpful. They took pride in their store and their work. That's awesome. Very unique find! Ty for your kindness, I appreciate service like that.

I felt like a team was taking care of me, not an individual salesperson. The sales price was better than I found anywhere else. The ease and transparency of traveling from New York to pick up the bike at their Chicago location was greatly appreciated. They even arranged to deliver the bike to my son's house in the western suburbs at no additional charge. Nothing but nice things to say about my experience. And what a great bike. It's beautiful and came in at a killer price. Thank you Motoworks!

After my last experience with them, I will never bring my motorcycles back to them for any type of service. As a repeat client, it shouldn't be that hard to set up appointments, but their communication is horrible. It literally took me three weeks to get back to me. It is next to impossible to actually reach someone direct. You are always told they're on the phone or meeting with someone and then it could be a day or three days before someone get back to you. The only person who was responsive in of both in my previous experiences recently was Jordan. For this recent experience, I was adding crash bars to my motorcycle a newly acquired Triumph, resolve a service light, handle three nationwide recalls, and get an oil change. To their credit they did a nice job on equipment install. One recall with for replacing the back tire and the other recall with bleeding the clutch for a known issue. They got back to me that Triumph could not get me a replacement tire timely but would cover the cost of a new tire which they provided. They did put on a new tire with a 2024 date stamp. I was contacted about getting service and they recommended changing clutch fluid even though the bleeding the clutch was one of the covered recalls. It was at that point I said deliver my bike without adding anything else. I have other mechanics that can do oil changes. The kicker is that after they return my bike and as I was putting it in my garage I noticed that scratched one of my black side aluminum side panniers. I immediately sent before and after photos indicating the fresh scratch (with black marker that someone tried to conceal) It's 3" long and quite visible. It's not with replacing but just bothersome. Jordan was very responsive and got back to me that they didn't know where that could've happened. Noah, who picked up and dropped off the motorcycle took video recordings both times and I asked them to review. I've yet to hear back from them. It has been exhausting dealing with them. If you're looking to purchase a motorcycle, I would give sales department high rating, but avoid their department for your sanity.

I brought my Ducati in for a general inspection, which cost $170. It took about 15 days and several follow-up phone calls before I finally received the diagnosis. By then, I picked up my bike after waiting two weeks. They emailed me a list of recommended repairs and instructed me to check off the work I wanted done. I replied... and then heard nothing for over two months. What really bothered me, though, was their approach to repairs. One item on the inspection was loose heated grips. Yes, they were loose, but they were still in excellent condition. Their recommendation? Replace the entire set. An honest mechanic would have said, "We can probably fix that with a $5 tube of grip glue and save you a few hundred dollars." Instead, the solution was to replace perfectly good heated grips. My Ducati is due for a Desmo service soon, which typically costs $1,200-$1,800. After this experience, I'll be taking my bike somewhere else.
