These guys are great! My battery died on a cold day stranding me almost 10 miles from my home, and Todd at Custom Cycle Rescue saved me! I called the number (which I found on a whim quickly on Google), and the guys immediately headed my way - they were there in only 30-40 minutes - loaded my bike up quickly, and drove me home with no trouble. Very secure transport, sturdy towing, and wonderful customer service. Was a week or so before my bike was to go into winter storage, at which point they came back, loaded me up again, and transported me to the shop. He also respectfully provided me with several different resources available to motorcyclist, which was fantastic because I'm a new rider. He cares more about the rider's overall experience (not just the service he provides), and less about what he is going to profit on from a request. Also, he was very responsive. He gratefully squeezed my last minute request in-between his very busy schedule. Not once did he give me the feeling that I was being an inconvenience to him. He was a lifesaver with a winter storm warning on the horizon (A snow storm was forecasted to start that evening and continue into the next day, accumulating a total of 7-12 inches of snow. So, was stranded on the side of the road, a nice biker came up and gave me Todd's number for a tow, was able to push start it home. On the way to the shop, it dies, again, a few blocks away from the shop. This time I said i'll just tow it and get it in. Gave Todd a call and he was on his way. Very fast response, loaded up the bike and got to the shop no problem. His truck is an actual motorcycle tow, not a flatbed or trailer or anything like that, very secure, and knows bikes.
