My last visit was 4 years ago. Auto and body shops aren't the type of places that you want to be a regular at. Likely means that you're doing something wrong if you find yourself there a lot, so I try to stay away. But every now and then you back up into your garage and even though your car's rear camera is screaming at you telling you to not back up farther, but you decide to ignore and cut a little too short and end up scraping the side of your car anyways. I get it. It happens to the best of us. I live in the loop and am the type of annoying person who hates leaving the area. If I can get things done locally, I will. But I also remembered how good these guys were 4 yrs ago and how they made my car look brand new in speedy record time. Going back to Avondale Collision Auto Shop was a no brainer. This visit was no different than last. Incredibly reasonably priced. Quotes were clear and transparent. Very professional and nice to talk to. Every time I called, someone would answer quickly with helpful updates. And my car was ready for pick-up exactly when they told me it would be. Also, the experience I had with them overall was phenomenal. At every point in the process, from my initial walkthrough and estimate, to drop off and pickup, I was continually impressed by how kind and communicative the staff were. Nino was always so clear, kind, and ready to spend all of his time with me to help make sure the process was smooth and painless. He called me even when he didn't have any new updates, so I wasn't left wondering -- I really appreciated that. When my car was ready for pickup, it was the day of my brothers wedding, and they made sure to not let the insurance and car rental company know that; they also convinced my insurance that the scratches on the rest of the bumper (from everyday parking) should be covered. I don't know how much Nino is getting paid, but, whatever it is, it's not enough! He made this normally dreadful and expensive experience so amazing. I cannot recommend this shop enough. read more

I love this place. Met Nino standing in line a few years back and brought my car in. They did a great job, including having my car completed cleaned. He dealt with my insurance company, which made things so easy. Recently took my other car there. Again, they were so nice, Rick, Jesus and Nino are all nice, honest and attentive. The quote for getting a brand new mirror from Jaguar was $1800, but Nino recommend I get the part from Ebay and he would install it. I took my 2009 Honda Pilot here for a headlight that was out and they fixed the loose plug for free. My key fab hasn't worked for years and he gave me a part that he had on hand for free so the fab stays in one piece. They couldn't fix my catalytic converter so they referred me to Velasquez Complete Auto Care down to street and they also did a great job. My 2009 drives great after her visit to Avondale Collision. To say this place is fantastic is a serious understatement! My car had been hit while parked outside my house, the whole left side needed replacing, I couldn't even open the doors. I had just bought it 3 months ago with 400 miles on it, I was devastated. I saw the awesome reviews for Avondale Collision and went the next day. Jose completely took care of everything and made all the paperwork SO easy! My car was done almost a week sooner than originally estimated and looks even BETTER than when I drove it off the lot! Jose even came in on his day off to hand my car back to me, that's how important good work and customer service is to them. They say their goal is to have you fall in love with your car all over again, and wow, that is so true! I cannot stress enough how much of a good decision it is to go here. Horrible I got my vehicle fixed here first time was fine , second time bad they gave me the car at night the next day it's was so dirty inside w finger prints , dust , air comes from the left side of the car ! Car just doesn't look the same the clips to put a bike on top all gone ! said multiple time he will fix everything! stopped answering my calls I would have to drive up there to see what's going out he requested so much money from my insurance and did a horrible job ! Just picked up my Range Rover and I love the work they did. This place is great. I dropped off my car and they updated through out the entire process. Honest & Great Service. I woke up to see my car's driver side completely side-swiped. The car was hit so hard that my rear tire was ripped off the wheel. Talk about a rude awakening! First thing I did was call Sarge at Avondale Collision. He immediately set up a tow and in an hour my car was at the shop. From then on, Sarge and Nino took a load off my shoulders. They helped me throughout the process. From filing the claim with State Farm to explaining what needs to be repaired to meeting and handling the adjuster. In a matter of a week, the insurance company ok'd the work and my car was finished and looking like nothing even happened to it. The entire staff was kind and professional. Last month my car was hit while parked outside my building. The damage was quite substantial requiring a tow as well (the rear driver's side wheel was bent out). Sarge showed up on-site, we had a quick chat and after looking up the shop I decided to go with them. He called for the tow truck and took my vehicle to the shop. He even offered to drive me over so we can begin the paperwork! Upon arriving to the shop I met Nino who helped me file the claim with Allstate (other parties insurance). After waiting on Allstate for the inspection and whatnot they got to work on my car right away. When it was time to pick up my car Nino called and told me he would stay a little later so that I could pick it up (I was at work at the time). He offered to drive me over to the detail shop where my car was but I had a friend who took me there. The car looked BEAUTIFUL! Couldn't even tell it had been hit. Plus, a full detail was a nice added bonus! The customer service at this shop is incredible. I have never had this kind of service at a shop before. I called in regards to what had happened to my car, when answering the phone very courteous Nino was able to explain and assured me that it will be fixed the next day. I came in to the location, greeted right away. Which is very important for me. The lot was packed, I felt happy that they had a lot of clients. Very clean in the waiting areas as well as a great coffee bar! Just sitting there waiting on my car, two other clients spoke to me and told me how they had all of their vehicles fixed there. Car accident or not just for a quick pleasure fix. They made sure I was comfortable with the price and time. Nino is the guy to see! Also do 24Hr. Towing. My broken window was fixed and ready to go by 12pm the next day. Workers in the location were friendly and on top of things, even the rental car people picking up clients to the rentals. If there were 10 stars ~ that's what Nino the owner of this body shop deserves because 5 just isn't enough. I apologize in advance for how long it is but this man literally saved me from the hardest experience I've ever had in a car. On 1/18 I had the worse car accident of my life. I was in complete shock and in alot of pain. Car was not drivable. I had always used the same garage my whole life, had never even heard of Avondale collision but his tow people were literally on the scene within 5 minutes not only offering the free tow to him but consoling me, reassuring me that I'm taking care of them and at the garage ~ THEY DID SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST FIX MY CAR! I was hysterical, nonstop tears in fear and pain. My car looked like it was totalled but no ~ everyone from the tow truck drivers to the mechanics to Nino did everything in their power to calm me, reassure me and they handled EVERYTHING. I didn't need to do ANYTHING. He contacted insurance, he got the estimator there TWICE, he got me a rent a car, he got my car back to normal looking absolutely brand new within a short time period and then HE DELIVERED IT TO ME! He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that if I'm ever in need, that he's family and he'll take care of it. I'm a single mom, I don't have alot of money or people around me to help but let me tell you, if you've ever had this experience ~ to know that you've got someone a phone call away that's got you is beyond a stress off my shoulders.
