I bought a C7 Corvette Stingray a few months ago. I purchased 7 addons (aesthetic), but very functional parts to enhance the car's appearance, and increase downforce while improving the aerodynamic grip during high-speed driving. For the install, I went to two places closer to where I live. One was temporarily closed, and the other was a place I've been going to for years. I even recommended them to friends in the past. Unfortunately, the bigger that business became, the worse their customer service got. I searched online and found "CARRECTLY". I went to their website and liked what I read and saw. This place is across town from me, but the trip was well worth the find. I called with my inquiries and spoke to Oliver. An appointment was made, and I sent links to D.I.Y. Videos to help streamline the installation process. Oliver was very straightforward. During the 3 days my car was being serviced, he kept me updated on the progress. This seems to be underrated with most businesses, but it's very important to a customer because nobody likes being left in the dark, especially when their car is left in the hands of someone else. Updates help build transparency and reduce the perception of being taken advantage of. Good communication encourages repeat business and referrals. This was my first time using their service and I did the full experience with the concierge service. The pick-up and drop off went extremely well. The wash however, not so much. There was extra care taken to not dirty the mats by putting a rag on the floor mat (very appreciated); however, the windshield must have been wet and the wipers were run to clear it leaving a big dirty streak across the entire driver's side of the windshield. I paid extra $10 to put air in the tires, and I do not think there was much air put in them at all; it was advised not to put air in them during the cold but that is not what the manufacturer states about keeping air in the tires. They had my car for 5 days & did not fix anything or call me once with an update!!! They told me the windshield was replaced but it wasn't and they dropped the ball on getting me back my car on time. They couldn't deliver my car until I begged repeatedly - finally got it back at 9pm. STILL UNABLE TO USE MY CAR! read more

I have always found dropping off my car and waiting around for services at the dealership or care repair place uncomfortable and difficult to schedule into my work day. Having the team at Carrectly pick up my car and deliver it back to me is a wonderful service. My first experiences with Carrectly were pre-pandemic; they quickly addressed several small repairs I needed in a row, as well as superb detailing service. I lost track of everything during the pandemic, but recently got back in touch with Carrectly after less-than-stellar experiences with another repair place. Ahhhh! I own a Tesla Model Y Performance. It comes stock with 21" graphite rims. 1st Problem: They are very sharp looking, but...they will get curb rash if you just sneeze near the car (they are low profile and also extend out to reduce air drag). Any rash at all is very obvious. 2nd Problem: The color of the graphite is proprietary to Tesla. It is hard to match. This makes it difficult to find a body shop that will do the repairs. I was recommended to Carrectly by a friend whom also owns a Tesla and decided to give them a try to repair my curb rash. Results were top notch. I could not tell where the rash used to be. AT ALL. My car had water in it that had come through my sun roof. I tried a bunch of different places and none were that helpful. I called Carrectly and they took the time to tell me what I could do to dry it in the meantime. It ended up working but I still figured I had some lingering water under the carpet and seats so I brought it in. They removed everything, cleaned the tub and were communicative sending pictures the whole time. I ended up needing to leave for a work trip and they dropped the car off at my place when it was finished. 5/5 stars this is the best auto place I've ever dealt with and would recommend to anyone who needs auto care. Carrectly provided the best auto repair experience of my life and I don't say that lightly. They make it incredibly easy. They picked up and dropped off the car without me even being home (I left the key with security). I haggled with them via texts and phone messages - hey I have to do my due diligence try to bring down the price, right? But even that was painless and they explained good reasons for the price being justified. Carrectly Auto Care did a fantastic job on my Honda CR-V. My car is 4 years old & had been on a major road trip to FL - they removed some deep stains on the body as well as buffed out some scratches. My car headlights were pretty wrecked from road salt and scratches from my badly executed attempt to correct the problem by hand with a kit from the local auto store. My headlight lenses are now showroom new! May seem like a little thing, but when you live with it and your car is otherwise well cared for it can just look pretty shabby.
