Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. For me years ago repairs were easy, I just gave him the keys. If we didn't it, he'd send it off to someone and it would get done. We weren't a body shop, nor a detail place, but we knew people. But that was some time ago. Those people are now retired or have passed on. So I'm left to my own resources, asking around and internet research (reviews.) I bought my SUV and there was a slight gap at the bumper after about a month, I did take it back and they just pushed it back. Never looked right. but it was okay. Well now this time I did it backing into a garage there was this wrought iron basket, not mine. My bumper caught it and it pulled away. It looked bad and couldn't be ignored. What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.

We hoped maybe they could fill it in and paint it over to at least make it look ok. Great service: they gave me an appointment time, and Derek was standing with me looking at the car within 5 minutes of my arrival. Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! I brought my car to European & US Car Service after a broken window needed to be replaced. After…read moretheir work, my locking system stopped working properly. I repeatedly returned to the shop over the course of more than three months trying to get the problem resolved. Instead of addressing the issue, I was repeatedly told it was a switch or some other problem. Eventually, I was told it was an electrical problem they could not diagnose or fix and that I needed to take the car to the dealer. I took the car to the dealer, and within about five minutes of opening the door, they discovered that the electrical wires to the locking system had been cut/damaged. I then had to pay to have the damage repaired. What is especially frustrating is that I kept going back to this shop and was repeatedly led to believe that the problem was unrelated to their work. I feel that I was misled by their employees, and I am extremely disappointed that it took months and a trip to the dealer to finally identify what was wrong. I have also tried contacting the District Manager to resolve this matter. I have called and emailed him repeatedly since Tuesday, and I am now being ignored. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. If a shop damages a customer's vehicle, the customer should not have to spend months chasing them, pay another repair facility to identify the damage, and then be ignored when asking for accountability.

The perils of city life that no one warns you about.. You kind of anticipate that street parking…read moremeans your car will get dinged up a bit, but it's a real sucker punch when you go to get in your car and find that someone side swiped you, took your mirror, and left damage to all four panels in a hit and run. And if you have my luck it happens twice! As a young woman who knows nothing about cars, going to the body shop can be intimidating. Both times, however, Tigers has taken care of me with transparency and professionalism. Start by bringing it in for an estimate -- no appointment needed. If you call ahead, you'll just be told "anytime". The assessment will be quick, and in under 20 minutes you'll have a quote and an appointment to bring it back for the actual work. (Yes, the appointment might be a couple days out. They're busy because they're GOOD.) In my case, a four panel replacement was expected to take 3-4 days. I had plans to be out of town, and the team was completely understanding about my need to leave it there for an extra day or two until I returned. In the short amount of time I spent in the office, a crew member or two floated in or out with smiles on their faces, cracking jokes, making me feel completely at ease. You can tell the team gets along well and generally just seem to enjoy being there. Greg also took the time to discuss my options with me (insurance vs out of pocket, what could be done to bring the cost down while managing the essentials, and explaining the different steps that must be taken for either option). When I came back for pickup a few days later, I found my car looking good as new. Maybe it's because I'm repeat business, but when it was time to pay up I was told it was discounted. I was incredibly grateful -- but imagine how much more grateful I was when I actually got in the car to drive home... And found that the crew had detailed the interior, too! Truly above and beyond, the nicest team, just carrying on the family legacy and happy to be doing it. I'll never take my car anywhere else and I'll vouch for Tiger's every time.

Luckily, I found these guys. I took my car in, they looked at and explained to me what was probably the reason for the paint issue. Apparently, a previous owner owned this car just long enough to get in an accident and then get it taken care of off the books. Thus, the person who repainted the bumper did a cheap fast job. Then, the guys at Roadrunner gave me some options and I went with getting it repainted from the bottom up so I wouldn't have this probably again. They gave me an estimate and told me to leave with them for a couple of days. Now, 3 years later, my bumper still looks amazing! Granted, it has the normal wear and tear of being in a city but the paint is NOT flaking off. These guys did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them, they are honest and hard workers. 5 stars!
