I was dealing with Kat (the saleswoman) and told her what I needed to get for my bike on a trade. She looked up what the bike was worth and what they were selling for in the area and did not think it would be a problem. I told her I would get back to her. I left and a short time later I reached out to her to see what she could, if anything, on the price of the bike I was looking at and run some numbers to include the trade. A little back and forth and we came to an agreement. She sent it to me but said she had to wait until Monday to get confirmation from the sales manager or the general manager, both of whom were out for the weekend at an Indian convention. Monday came and she reached out to me to tell me her general manager agreed to the deal. I thought all was good to go. But, on Tuesday (I believe it was) enter the sales manager, Cody. Apparently, he overrode what they general manager agreed to and said they had to "back down" on the deal. So, I had to start again. Turns out I had to pay 600$ more than originally agreed upon. The one thing he said sums up his whole attitude, "I can sell that bike all day long at that price, and we haven't even got to the season yet". Oh, they then put my trade up for sale for more than 3 times what they gave me for it. What a shame. Now when people ask where I got the bike, I tell them I bought it locally but that I do not recommend going there. First thing I did was take off the Gina's license plate holder. If it had not been for the fact that I really, really, wanted that bike, I would have definitely walked away (ran away). Dealing with Kat and Tammy (the finance lady) was a pleasure, but that was the only bright part. Also, absolutely no follow up from anyone.

It took me about a week to decide, and when I did he made it very easy to get the sale done. overall had a very good experience I would definitely refer family and friends to deal with Gina motorsports Had a great experience I will definitely return if I ever need parts or a new four wheeler. I just had new tires mounted on my FJR1300 at M & M Motorsports. I also had them give my 2014 FJR…read more1300 a 4000 mi service as I bought it last year with only 1838 mi and had crossed the first 4000 mi mark. They were fantastic! I called them on Wednesday PM I dropped off my FJR1300 on Thursday AM The work was done by Thursday PM The tire change went as expected at a fair price. And during the 4000 mi inspection and service, they discovered a mouse had started building a nest in the airbox, so they cleared that up and verified no other damage was caused by the mouse. They also found that my 4000 mi 2014 FJR had brake and cluch fluid that had turned brown over the years of sitting (which I expected might be the case). So, they replaced and bled both. They also found my Shaft splines were dry so they lubed those properly. Finally, they gave the bike its full inspection and tightened everything to factory torque specification. M & M only takes cash and their pricing was far better than the dealer quoted. I must say, the guys at M & M seemed super knowledgeable and fair. They also did not push work that was not needed. For example, they recommended I buy tires online from Revzilla to get them cheaper than if I had M & M get the tires. I did do that by the way. All in all, I highly recommend M & M Motorsports!!!!

I later sold that scoot and Vince was by my side helping me through the searching and buying process. 10 years later, I'm buying my second scooter through the same place and working with the same trusty owner. Vince is a great dude. You can tell he loves his job and loves talking scoots. He remains completely neutral on his advice and won't force you into a sale. He's patient and answers as many questions you may have. The shop itself is super clean, the prices are fair, there's absolutely no pressure, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and most stuff can be booked through the site... so very convenient! Don't skip this place up. Go on over and check out the two wheels they have on hand. Do a test drive. And find your dream scoot!

The main issue I had before the purchase, was the wheel was very loose from a worn out wheel bearing. They agreed to replace before i purchased the vehicle however the first repair lasted 2 days before I had to bring it back. then the next repair lasted one day, and now they are giving me hard time when I call to schedule a 4th repair. apparently they are the ones that are frustrated with the situation? first of all hire a mechanic that knows what he's doing, second don't try and sell a car that wasn't properly inspected. Now it's been a week and check engine light is flashing. gotta love em. never buy anything from these clowns.
