They said that they would put on my spare, which they did promptly. When I asked to pay, my guy said "Why? What did we do? Happy to help." I was blown away. Embarrassingly Incompetent…read more Belle Tire managed to do the unthinkable: they called me to say they didn't know how to jack up my car. That's right -- a tire shop admitting they don't know how to lift a car. Absolutely embarrassing. After I did the research and provided them with the steps, they then told me they couldn't mount my tires because they're low profile. These are the same type of tires I've had mounted countless times elsewhere with zero issue. I've spent the entire day arguing with them over basic work that any competent shop can handle. If you drive anything nicer than a minivan, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm taking my car to their Discount Tire across the street, a shop that actually knows how to do the simplest part of their job. Belle Tire should be ashamed to call themselves an automotive repair shop.

I went through a number of dealerships - the first could not get any dealer to trade with them, the second refused to reserve it for me even with a deposit, the third told me it was there when it was sold the day before. I ended up contacting Bradley of Kia to see if they could locate one, and shortly after was contacted by Grayson who told me he could probably get me one sooner than the other dealership I was talking to. I ended up putting a $500 deposit down to secure the exact model through a dealer trade and went to pick it up on my day off, driving an hour each way, only to find that it too had been sold the day before I got there even though it had been reserved for me. Grayson openly admitted this was their mistake, and general sales manager Derek also came in to apologize and told me this was not how they do business, and also let me know that if I was interested in continuing to do business with them, they would locate the exact car I wanted and sell it to me for $1,000 less than their invoice price. Grayson promised that they would do everything to get me the car I wanted, even if he had to drive to get it himself. This was vastly different than my experience at a North Aurora Kia dealership that had also told me a car was available when it wasn't. They owned up to the error and made it worth my while to come back. Within a week, they had located the exact vehicle and did a dealer trade. Their employee drove 6 hours round trip to bring it back to Bradley for me to purchase on my next day off. This time the car was waiting for me outside, and was exactly what I wanted. The dealership honored their $1,000 off invoice price, and was able to get me the price and monthly payment that I wanted. The manager stopped in and thanked me for coming back to do business with them. The car was washed and had a full tank when I left with it, and I couldn't be happier.

I live in Chicago and chose to travel to this dealership based off of previous experiences my family has had with them. My parents have bought their cars from Taylor since I can remember and have only had great experiences. I had spent months searching for a Mustang Mach E since the order banks closed in April. I had no problem finding available vehicles, but every dealership I called was selling the available Mach E's for $15,000-$20,000 over MSRP. I don't know how many times I heard the term "market adjustment" to justify these outrageous charges. I had nearly given up and decided to wait until the order banks opened up when my parents encouraged me to reach out to Tim and Kevin. They were able to locate a vehicle and were willing to sell it without all the mark ups. My father is a retired Ford employee and they even honored A-Plan on the vehicle. Something every other dealership told me would never happen. It was a pleasure working with everyone at the dealership and I plan to use them exclusively in the future.
