When I reached my destination there was a burning smell with no obvious source. I checked under the hood and checked the oil, since per my milage I was due for an oil change and to my surprise the dip stick was clean, checked again and no oil on it. I was able to get 5 qts, put it in and took it straight to a repair shop where they found a leak from the oil filter housing and oil cooler assembly. I had no issue with either of those things before getting my oil changed at your business.

Eventually, we decided to purchase the vehicle the next morning. Crickets! No phone call acknowledging our email from the night before saying we wanted to buy it... so i called them and it had sold.
