He sits down with you, listens to all you have to say and works out the very best possible deal. His customers come back because he chooses to deal with you with integrity. So many dealerships can not be trusted these days. Danny is sure you can have a car fax on any car you are looking at. He wants his customers to return!

I had a little different situation buying a car from them, and they were super generous. I live in Tennessee. But my parents still live in the Chicago area. Generally there are more cars in the Chicago area so I flew home to look for cars over the weekend. I knew exactly what car I wanted which Access Auto had listed for sale. They were the first dealership I visited. Kyle who is the owner's son had washed the inside and outside of the car. Looked brand new. Now I had trouble getting financing being I lived in Tennessee and have never taken out a loan before. So they agreed to hold the car for me as I find a loan. Long story short, they held the car for me over a week before I could provide them the money for the car. No other dealership would have been so generous to do that for me. If I ever have to purchase another car in the future, I will first reach out to Access Auto first, even though I live in Tennessee. They really care about there customer's and doing the right thing! It's hard to find that type of customer service now-a-days!

My moonroof stopped working suddenly. Friend of mine took a look at it and told me that he was…read morepretty sure the moonroof motor was burned up and needed to be replaced. A friend and client recommended I go to accurate Autoglass because they were cheaper than the dealership. Should be named INACCURATE Autoglass. I dropped off my car around noon. He called me a couple hours in and told me he was having problems. It was after 5 o'clock when I reached back out asking what is going on. He had told me it should only take an hour or two. 3 at most. He told me to come back to the shop, and he will talk to me about what was going on. He claimed that when he took my old motor out that it was in fact burned up and needed to be replaced. Then he hooked up the new motor, and it worked at first, but then when he bolted it in, it stopped working. He said he tried everything he could think of and he doesn't know why it's not working. He told me with the old motor my equinox was throwing 13 codes, and now with a new motor, it's only throwing two. So I said, well what are the two codes it's throwing? So he grabs his tablet and has me read it as if I know anything about car codes. It's basically Latin to me. One of them said there was a problem with the Moon roof and one of them said there was a problem with the driver window. So I questioned him why there would be a problem with the driver window, and he said well, maybe because I disconnected the battery and that's the only window that has automatic up and down. I said did you check and make sure the driver window is working? You're not gonna send me home with my car with an inoperable window, are you? And he goes wait a minute let me go check. And I was right. The driver window was not functioning properly and he said he needed to reset it . Now mind you, I don't know anything about cars, but I would think he would check this before he sent me home with my car. Should I have to tell him to make sure the driver's window is working when he's clearly seeing a code that reads it's not? Grr..... So then I said well what are we gonna do about the moonroof now? And he says he did the job I hired me for. He put in the motor and he installed it. It's not his fault that it's not working. He didn't diagnose the problem. With his hands in the air like that somehow absolved him of responsibility. I said you've got to be joking. You expect me to pay you the full amount when I'm walking out of here and my moon roof still doesn't work? Why is it my fault that you don't know how to fix this? And he said there must be another problem. He said maybe the switch had gone bad or maybe the entire tracking mechanism had gone bad. Maybe the shade motor needs replaced as well. He said he didn't really know. He said he would call GM on Monday and see if they had any ideas, but if they didn't have any suggestions, he said he was going to wash his hands of this and literally clapped his hands in front of my face. I said I'm not comfortable paying you the full amount when I didn't get what I paid for. I said I'm happy to pay you for the motor. And he said he's not comfortable with that. He said worked all day on my car. I said I understand that, but you didn't do the job I hired you to do. Again he repeated himself that he didn't diagnose the problem and this isn't his problem anymore. He did what he was hired to do. So I reluctantly handed it over $500 cash of the total $625 quoted. And I drove my car home without a working moonroof and -$500 & no guarantee that anything he did helped. It could have made it worse. Monday night I reached out to him to ask what he found out about my moonroof. He said he would call me the next day. Did he even call? Probably not. Tuesday he emails me a bulletin from GM stating that there's a problem with this make and model regarding the moonroof, and he credited the remaining portion of my bill. He said I just need to go to a dealership. So I went to Team Chevy Valpo three days later, and they fixed it in five minutes. They said he clearly didn't reset the window. That's all it needed. Clearly Paul at accurate Autoglass should not be taking on this kind of business if he doesn't have the knowledge to do this properly. And I feel like he took advantage of me financially. If he was right and this was a bigger problem than a motor that needed replacing, he should've just called me and said that I need to take it to the dealership at that point. He shouldn't have expected the full amount knowing he didn't do his job and passing the blame off on GM. Be wary, Valpo. This was a stressful, frustrating and intimidating experience.
