My son in law warned me that there was a screw in my tire and that I should get it taken care of. He had just purchased tires from Belle Tire and was totally satisfied, so he recommended them. The young man at the desk, Mike Bukowskl, was so pleasant and helpful. He told me to take a seat and that he would let me know when the tire was fixed. It wasn't long before he called me to the counter and said everything was done and showed me the screw that was in the tire. When I asked how much I owed, he said there was no charge and to have a good day. In this age of companies charging high prices and employing people who just do the minimum, Belle Tire gets 5 stars! I ran over a curb right outside of this shop, resulting in a flat tire. When I looked up, I could not believe that there was a tire shop right next to me. I walked inside and told them what happened and asked if they could help. They said "of course". They did not have a replacement tire in the size needed. They said that they would put on my spare, which they did promptly. When I asked to pay, my guy said "Why? What did we do? Happy to help." I was blown away. Embarrassingly Incompetent Belle Tire managed to do the unthinkable: they called me to say they didn't know how to jack up my car. That's right -- a tire shop admitting they don't know how to lift a car. Absolutely embarrassing. After I did the research and provided them with the steps, they then told me they couldn't mount my tires because they're low profile. These are the same type of tires I've had mounted countless times elsewhere with zero issue. I've spent the entire day arguing with them over basic work that any competent shop can handle. If you drive anything nicer than a minivan, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm taking my car to their Discount Tire across the street, a shop that actually knows how to do the simplest part of their job. Belle Tire should be ashamed to call themselves an automotive repair shop. read more

2021 f350, 33,000 miles... had brand new Goodyear wrangler duratrac stock size on stock rims installed. They talked me into an alignment, which I've never done on any of my numerous f350s... they left the tie rod bolts loose, it wore out my tires and ball joints, simply asked for 2 new tires and have ball joints replaced, the store and corporate said both refused and offered parts at cost... and of course got the oh he doesn't work here anymore. Tightened bolt with an electric impact no torque wrench to even double check it... manager doesn't know anything about steering components or alignments! The tech that looked at it when I brought it back that they should fix it because it wouldn't have happened if they were tightened. My car dealership found a nail in my tire, but was too swamped to take care of it right away. I took my car to Belle Tire, and within 30 minutes it was repaired! And they didn't charge me for the repair! I was blown away, and so appreciative!!! I don't remember the name of the young man who took care of me, but he was friendly and extremely polite. They put on a new set of tires in less than an hour ( I had an appointment). Brett happily applied a 10% discount sent to me from Belle Tire, which was a substantial amount. We were in Bradley from helping family move when we got a flat tire. after being told by a competitor that we were gonna have to wait three hours we decided to look for another company and found Belle. Brett, the manager, was very accommodating and able to get us in promptly for a repair.
