That's right -- a tire shop admitting they don't know how to lift a car. Absolutely embarrassing. After I did the research and provided them with the steps, they then told me they couldn't mount my tires because they're low profile. These are the same type of tires I've had mounted countless times elsewhere with zero issue. I've spent the entire day arguing with them over basic work that any competent shop can handle. If you drive anything nicer than a minivan, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm taking my car to their Discount Tire across the street, a shop that actually knows how to do the simplest part of their job. Belle Tire should be ashamed to call themselves an automotive repair shop.

After listening to him curse his company he hung up. I called Friday to get an ETA of when the technician was due and he said he would call his company because I was not on his work order for the day. After receiving NO call I called them and customer service then informed me it was an error on their part and would be another 2weeks before someone could come install my windshield. Upon inspection it appeared that they had overspray of the liner on the top of the cab and both sides of the truck. The business owner said it had to have been from the factory, they place a curtain between the truck bed and the cab and cover the cab with plastic. I was there product that was oversprayed onto the truck. Had to bring it back to have the product removed with lacquer thinner. They got most of it but I had to have them get some spots they didn't get. I believe there is still some product still on the paint that I will find later. The owner or manager never had the courage to apologize for the poor workmanship that was exhibited or for the inconvenience of the added time and trips to the dealer to have the problem rectified. Needless to say they have not notched up any brownie points for any future business with them.

He showed up about 8:30. I wasn't there, my husband was, I can't take two days off of work for this, get home, look at windshield, was not replaced with OEM, or even the lesser quality car light, glass is made by Fuyao, never heard of them. At no point was I advised it would not be OEM. Deeply disappointed, I hope the acoustics will be there, Lincoln vehicle glass has a certain acoustic that makes the vehicle quieter.
