The salesman's was rude and had no idea on things he was talking about. He spent more time telling me everything he wasn't going to do for me than actually giving me a quote for the job. I finally told the guy after about 10 minutes of listening to his attitude that his service is not a good fit for me. I have used Tousignant years ago and the service was great then. I have 2 dogs so I am in need of fencing and was ready to pull the trigger on a new fence right away. This guy soured me from using them and lost a sales. Note: This is a copy and paste from my Google review…read more Thus far my experience with window world has been a mixed bag. While initially they were very communicative and proactive, once I submitted my 50% deposit, I feel like the company has almost ghosted me. No one ever called to inform me that my windows were in. I had to call after almost a month and a half to get a status update and lo and behold my windows happened to be in and I was able to schedule only after I called. Then, only a couple of days later I get a call from Paul while I'm in a work meeting that they need to reschedule. We have young, reactive dogs and need to make arrangements for them to be out of the house during installation so rescheduling for us isn't as simple as picking another day. I call back shortly after and left a voicemail of my own for Paul. Almost 4 hours went by without a response and considering there is a holiday weekend and only a couple of days until my scheduled appointment, I had to call back yet again. Over the last month, I have called the main line of Window World over 10 times and I've only spoken to a live person twice. Also, their text communication service wasn't working this week either, making this even more frustrating. Update: The poor communication continued right up to installation day. The day before my 8-10am appointment window I called at 3:30pm to make sure I would receive a phone call when the crew was on their way. This is important so that we could get our dogs over to a friend's house before arrival. I was assured I would get a call 15 minutes before the crew would arrive. I never received the promised call; the crew just showed up and rang the doorbell, leading to a chaotic situation my wife and I had to deal with that should have never happened. I cannot believe how many times I as the customer, have had to call this company to get anything accomplished. I'm beyond disappointed with how I've been treated as a customer since I paid my 50% deposit.

We had an excellent experience with Window World of Joliet and highly recommend their services…read more From the very beginning, the Sales Manager Zach was outstanding. He was kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every option we were interested in. He patiently answered all of our questions and was always reachable. We stayed in close contact throughout the entire process -- from the initial consultation, to accepting the offer, ordering, production, and all the way through installation. That level of communication made the whole experience stress-free and transparent. The windows themselves are excellent quality, solid, well-made, and energy-efficient, all offered at a very affordable price. We truly felt we received great value for the investment. The installation crew was absolutely fantastic. Over the course of 2.5 days, they installed 24 windows, one front door, and one garage entry door. The team arrived on time every day and worked with impressive efficiency and precision. They were incredibly organized, well-coordinated, and clearly experienced -- working in perfect sync from start to finish. The job was done quickly, reliably, and with great attention to detail. The final results look amazing and exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Zach and the entire Window World of Joliet team. We are extremely happy with our new windows and doors and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality products at a fair price with excellent customer service.

I waited several hours contacted him at 11:30 and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. Andy stated he was confident that he could repair the window and would get back to me with a quote. I contacted him twice. He finally gave me a date & price $200. He set an appointment for the following Wednesday. I told him I had to leave by 4pm. He told me I didn't have to be home because it was outside work. Needless to say.. He didn't show for our appointment. I texted. He said it would be closer to 4. He ended up showing up around 7:30pm. When he got there this time he said I hope this works. Had he said that in the first place I would have just replaced the window!! He was done fast. Added some weather shield. Not sure what he did. Window leaks worse than ever before. Contacted him to let him know. Said he would come out Saturday afternoon to look at it. SHOCKER.. I waited all day at home he never showed. Save your $$ and your time.
