Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. I have had 4 other window companies at my house . They said The window needs to be appropriately set on a durable, moisture-resistant substrate. The use of either pressure-treated wood or a suitable high-density styrofoam insulation material is required to provide a stable, long-lasting sill support that prevents moisture transfer and material breakdown. Premier did not do that for this install. Ron did give me a quote to do this if they were to install a replacement window.

When the written estimate was higher than I expected, I tried to cancel the verbal, smaller project and Joel wasn't very happy about it. But Steve, his manager was very good. I wouldn't say not to use them, but just make sure you get everything you need to make you comfortable with going forward with the project. Again, I wish they would have a single point of contact - one person, one project and better communicate internally what needs to be done. especially when they don't return phone calls.

At approximately 1:45 p.m., I was told that Mario, the public adjuster, was at lunch and would not return until 4:00 p.m. I decided to wait so that I could speak with him directly and bring this matter to a close. I waited until 4:00 p.m., but he never arrived. When I later called the office to ask when he would be available, I was then told that he was actually out of town and would not be available until Monday. I spent more than two hours waiting based on the information I was given. The conflicting information, lack of transparency, and poor communication were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. From my perspective, this felt like avoidance rather than an effort to communicate with me and resolve my concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Keystone Exterior for roofing or other exterior work to proceed with caution.
