Absolute Masters of Their Craft - Outstanding Work on a Highly Complex Roof!…read moreI cannot recommend this company highly enough. He took the time to look closely and explained that the damage involved a possible dormer issue, meaning a simple roof repair wouldn't be safe or effective. He said that was not his expertise to ascertain that particular issue. Another company was ready to do the job just to get paid, without mentioning any structural concerns. His honesty helped to avoid a costly mistake. It is so rare these days to find someone who puts integrity over profit. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants real expertise and integrity. It was also good for his company's bottom line. Tri-County Roofing and Gutters, please retain Jimmy at all costs.

I also called the office directly, and they told me they would take care of it, but I still never received the estimate. He was also late meeting my insurance adjuster, which made the process even more frustrating and unprofessional. I understand that delays can happen, but when a customer repeatedly asks for something as basic as a written estimate and is told the office will handle it, I expect it to actually be followed through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the communication and follow-through were very disappointing.

Within 24 hours, I had an estimate. No other contractor replied within a week. The only hitch was a small bureaucratic one; once that was resolved he moved swiftly. Again, within 24 hours of the building permit, his crew was on the job. (The only delay was because of heat--his crew had to work half days just to stay alive.) Our home was built in 1958, and it was becoming obvious that the mortar work was deteriorating. Now it loos like we have a new home. I very much recommend him.
