Mainteance responds quickly to address issues in the apartments. As previously stated a quiet, safe( new lighting in parking lot), new security door, walkways are always shoveled and salted early in the morning even through the artic cold spell we had in Dec. I want to especially acknowledge the mainteance team at Creekside for always being professional and curteous. I had experienced some heating issues on Dec. 22 and over the holidays--of course --during the artic blast. I was not the happiest person and not the nicest to the mainteance crew who were doing their best to correct the heating issues. But they always remained curteous / professional as well as management towards me and did resolve the heating issues in the apartment. To me as a renter this says alot about the personel of this apartment community. THEY REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS AND PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE DURING TRYING TIMES. There was not one spot nor stain on the carpet, nor was there ever an accident from our pet. I understand that carpets should be cleaned between tenants, but wouldn't that come from the pet deposit, especially if the carpet looked as if no one had ever lived there. Very disappointed, large complexes will almost always find any loop hole to keep any and all extra money.

I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

Although pleasant and friendly, she did not follow through on my order and also gave me incorrect delivery dates for both vanity and onyx top, allowing the contract with my very reliable labor crew to lapse before installation was completed. Fortunately, Evan Devine, Shilling's Service Manager was able to get " Custom Cal Homes Remodeling " to complete a perfect installation. I would advise all who order specific cabinetry to not only submit a picture of what they desire but also to sign the exact spec sheet of the Schilling building plan. in addition, before starting a major bath rehab which might demand a cast iron tub breakdown, I would advise waiting until "after" your vanity and top are delivered and accepted. I gave Schilling a 5 star review,not only for a great finished bath rehab, but also for employing stellar personal that was able to make that happen. In the end, a long 80 year plus success is about the people who make up the company

PITIFUL! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCTS SOLD!…read more I started rehabbing a house in 2017 and sparred no expense as I was looking to have the least maintenance in the future. I spent well over a 100 grand on windows framing lumber sheathing zipboard doors siding fixtures trim decking railings and so much more. I purchased LP siding in late 2018 and was installed into early 2019. I paid extra to have the siding double coated which was presented as a 50 year warranty. Within a couple of years I noticed the siding chalking and the trim opening up like a sponge. In early 2022 I presented this issue to Scott Czapar who was my salesperson that I had been dealing with since day one. Schillings had purchased the LP siding from Cedar Siding INC which has since gone out of business. I spoke to both Scott and Kyle who brought this to the attention of Dean Schillings. I paid 7500 dollars in labor and 1500 in materials to have my house repainted. I was asking Schillings to cover half the cost of materials which was 750 dollars in which they denied. They suggested that the warranty was from the company they bought the siding from. I bought the siding from Schillings not anywhere else. I will not spend 10 cents at their company ever again. Scott Czapar has never been the issue and has always gone above and beyond to address the many issues that came about. Also anyone reading this please go out and look at your siding and see if it has failed! I can guarantee that I am not the only person this has happened to. Below are the before and after photos and so obvious of the failure of their product.

We didn't have months, esp at the rate mice can populate. Service doctor came on recommendation to us by our pest control company. Service doctor understood the gravity of our situation & took care of it very quickly. The contractors were very professional & knowledgeable. Once the contractors came out to work on the issue, the problem was immediately solved in one day & I felt the cost was extremely reasonable. Also, Angie & Jena were so easy to deal with, returned my calls within the same day & were empathetic to our situation. Customer service was outstanding. They explained costs clearly, upfront & honestly. I would absolutely use them again & I highly recommend this company.
