During both projects we discovered that we would need nonstandard equipment, added pieces here, and there, and he effortlessly went to local hardware stores, and sourced, the equipment needed to complete the job. He was incredibly punctual, very professional, and so very easy to work with. We absolutely will be coming back to him for any future work in our home or beyond. He also repaired folding closet doors in 3 rooms. Awesome value for the quality work performed.

They started my basement renovation when they said and finished when they said. Their quote was reasonable, and they stuck to the project parameters, only deviating when I requested. They were communicative at every step of the project. Most important to me, in addition to renovating my basement, I needed considerable work done in my laundry room. I had a sump pump and a huge perma dry unit installed prior to the renovation. Both units are unattractive. I needed them to be concealed. Santos was the only contractor, who reviewed my project, who took this concern seriously and specifically addressed it with creative, affordable solutions. Long story short, I'm calling SA Renovations for my next renovation project, WITHOUT HESITATION. Thank you, SA Renovations, Maryam Ahmad

I had him redo a lot of little things, but that's it, Minor, no big deal--for the price I paid. He remodeled 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in my basement for merely $6k TOTAL (Parts and Labor). That's a steal! Other contractors quoted me at $15-20k. One guy told me $12K for the bathroom alone! The pics I've seen from angry customers are pretty much the same things he did at my house. On a scale of 1-10 I think he scores a solid 7. Sure everyone wants a 10, but hey, I look at the bright side, I saved $10 THOUSAND dollars hiring Antonio. And I can live with those minor imperfections if it saved me all that money.
