The sales rep convinced me to also coat the outer lip of the garage, which is exposed to the elements. I was hesitant to do so, but he assured me the product could stand up to the elements. Wrong. The product is peeling up from the lip and the ground concrete underneath is crumbling. Customer service is just giving me the run-around. I've called them multiple times and at their request texted them pictures of the damage multiple times but never received the promised call back to schedule a repair visit/ remediation visit. This has been going on for the past year. Just messing me around and wasting my time by making me jump through a bunch of hoops for no reason.
