The excavation wasn't deep enough; the concrete was not leveled properly; the brush mark show the amateur installation technique. Cigarette butts everywhere, very little clean up, and a rude business owner. One of the types that does nothing wrong, and will argue with you. Which is probably why he owns his own business, because he couldn't take constructive criticism. He also pulled the permit, charged the homeowner, and then would not provide a copy for our records. The town wouldn't provide a copy of it either. One would think that maybe the contractor and the town are into something corrupt.
