The 1st house was at 7725 Richardson Lane was a house of horrors after the renters who rented the property for 5 years DESTROYED IT! It was necessary to send in a hazmat crew before any renovations could begin to give you an idea of what we had to work with. I know that without Lauren Erick these 2 renovations could HAVE NEVER BEEN COMPLETED. Lauren's leadership, experience, and expertise was an invaluable part of this process. Lauren was constantly driving the process forward while very patiently explaining to me where we were on the time line, and constantly making recommendations..where the budget was, what was necessary and more importantly what WAS NOT necessary. For example...putting hardwood from the 1st floor on the stairs to the 2nd floor..."just put in carpeting..it will flow better to the 2nd floor that is carpeted...thats 2000-4000 dollars you do not need to spend" I learned very quickly that Lauren with her experience in these matters is to be listened to ALWAYS. The 2nd house that was renovated was at 8661 Ballycastle which needed significantly less improvements..however it was tight schedule that she made work so that everything was done in time for the listing Now, I haven' t even gotten around to telling you the good part yet. I HAVE NEVER MET LAUREN ERICK. I have never set foot in these properties. I don't even live in the USA. I live in Europe... all of our discussions were over the phone and whatsapp. I did ALL of this from Europe. NOW this is a testament to Lauren Erick's communication skills, and her ability to frame in your mind how the project IS going to look..what works what does not work... I self admittedly have zero visualization skills so I relied solely on her visual interpretation . The team was fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. We had a lot of changes and specifications, but they were always easy to talk things through and flexible. We opted to do a 203k renovation loan; these are fairly annoying and tedious paperwork-wise. But, Rbrand was extremely helpful throughout. All members of their team were courteous and always helpful as well. We are very happy with their work and our new basement.

We purchased siding in 2019 that had a LIFETIME WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR. In 2020 we noticed the siding was buckling. For the last 3 years, she has been reassuring us telling us she would take care of the issues and honor her warranty. This year, 2023, she finally sent out one of her siding guys to check out the problems with our siding. He told me that the guys that installed it used antiquated methods to install it and it all needed to be replaced. He said he told Andrea the same thing. When I called in again Andrea accused me of pulling down and reinstalling it improperly. I told her our siding had a LIFETIME warranty on parts and labor... I had no reason to mess with the siding at all and she called me a liar. Andrea hires subcontractors and then refuses to stand behind their work! It's bad business and unfair to her customers.
