Had them do a tub to shower conversion…read more I called them and they came out that day. We discussed this small job for a couple hours. I was given a price, and that price ended up being the exact price I was charged after the job was completed. My job was completed in 1 day. I am extremely happy with the results. the quality of the work and the attention to detail was outstanding. The installers were very professional; they arrived on time, worked all day with no breaks and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly recommending this company.

I reached out for a quote on a bathroom remodel and was immediately told they don't do "labor only"…read morejobs, which is fine -- not every company does. However, the representative (Lexis) was incredibly dismissive once I mentioned that I had already selected quality materials from Lowe's. Instead of offering alternatives or explaining their pricing structure, she claimed "Lowe's uses a lower grade of material than we do" -- an inaccurate and unnecessary statement. I had already reviewed the specs and warranties of my chosen products, which are industry standard. I was only looking for skilled installation, not a sales pitch. The interaction came across as condescending and unprofessional, especially for a company advertising itself as customer-focused. If you're a homeowner who has done your own research and simply needs experienced labor -- save your time and look elsewhere.

We built our home using Schilling Lumber and Pella windows which they sold and recommended. After…read more15 years our windows are rotten and need replacement. I contacted Schilling and asked to speak to the manager in hopes they could assist with our problem. I wasn't looking for them to cover the cost just provide me with some options. No return call from anyone at Schilling. If you are not a big contractor they could care less about you.

PITIFUL! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCTS SOLD!…read more I started rehabbing a house in 2017 and sparred no expense as I was looking to have the least maintenance in the future. I spent well over a 100 grand on windows framing lumber sheathing zipboard doors siding fixtures trim decking railings and so much more. I purchased LP siding in late 2018 and was installed into early 2019. I paid extra to have the siding double coated which was presented as a 50 year warranty. Within a couple of years I noticed the siding chalking and the trim opening up like a sponge. In early 2022 I presented this issue to Scott Czapar who was my salesperson that I had been dealing with since day one. Schillings had purchased the LP siding from Cedar Siding INC which has since gone out of business. I spoke to both Scott and Kyle who brought this to the attention of Dean Schillings. I paid 7500 dollars in labor and 1500 in materials to have my house repainted. I was asking Schillings to cover half the cost of materials which was 750 dollars in which they denied. They suggested that the warranty was from the company they bought the siding from. I bought the siding from Schillings not anywhere else. I will not spend 10 cents at their company ever again. Scott Czapar has never been the issue and has always gone above and beyond to address the many issues that came about. Also anyone reading this please go out and look at your siding and see if it has failed! I can guarantee that I am not the only person this has happened to. Below are the before and after photos and so obvious of the failure of their product!
