Then the next week after I had it repaired they were trimming bushes and shrubs and I saw them break the same fixture I just had repaired. I actually saw it and as they were leaving I was trying to get their attention but it was 6 pm and they were rushing to leave. I had to call lighting company to come back out and repair the same light again. I called numerous times left messages for 2 months. No response. Nothing. I sent photos they requested when they broke the first 2 lights and finally sent them copies of my bill which was 340.00 for the repairs, asking for at least a courtesy call. No response. Many are not happy here with their service as the weeds along the curb are seriously out of control on the whole property and it goes into the lawn about 12 - 18 inches of weeds, amongst many other issues. I don't believe they sprayed for weed control as the mulch went right over all the weeds in the beds. This is their first season working for us and many residents are extremely disappointed. I shudder to think of them with snow removal this winter..... so there you have it. I have lived here for 20 years and was also on the board for 13 years and dealt with the sub contractors for all of those years, This contractor was the worst.

Agreed to the price but it would be more than a week before he could get to it. I agreed to wait but I was hoping to have it done sooner. He said he would try but no guarantee. The next afternoon he called and said he could do it on Saturday but that it would be early morning. He knew I was in a hurry to have it done and I really appreciated the extra mile he took to accomodate my schedule.They arrived a little early and proceeded to get the job done in a couple of hours. Great job, very professional and hardworking. So glad to have gotten his recommendation from a neighbor who had used his company a while back. Thank you Jim for a job well done.

Did a good job grinding all of the stumps well down so I could repair the areas after. Highly recommend using for tree removal!

I now have new grass coming up all over my yard! I aerate and over-seed every year, Rovak made sure the conditions were correct before they worked instead of aerating dry ground! We had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team at Elemental Landscapes in the winter/spring…read moreof 2019. Since buying our new home in Lemont a few years ago we wanted to have a nice backyard for entertaining. From the second we met Mike we knew he was the right person for this project. We carefully went through plans to remove our old deck that the builders put in and replace it with a 15' composite deck as well as a full paver patio that included a custom bar and firepit. Mike guided us through the whole process from inception to final product. He was very professional along the way, answering all of our annoying home owner questions! Mike is very skilled when it comes to all of the design elements - he designed the whole project and guided us in picking out the right pavers, colors, etc.  His crew is very professional - they show up on time, work hard and do a good job of cleaning up as they go. John was our on site lead and he was always pleasant to talk to and very approachable when it came to any on the fly changes we wanted to make.  Overall the final pictures of our project speak for themselves. EL does beautiful work and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. After our project was complete we had a few final things we wanted changed and Mike and his crew were quick to make those changes to ensure we were happy with the final result.  When it comes time to do the landscaping in our front yard we'll for sure be calling Mike at Elemental Landscapes!

When I read the reviews, I thought this company was to good to be true, but thought I would contact them. Well, I was dead WRONG about being to good to be true. Elemental Landscaping was everything that people wrote about them, and more!! It started with Allen helping me walk through my options and working with me until we hit upon the best solution for my back yard. The difference with Allen and other sales folk that I have worked with is that he didn't disappear after the contract was signed. He stayed with the job from beginning to end, making sure that I was happy with what was going on. The workers that were out here were spectacular and went above and beyond what they needed to do. While my back yard will never rival the size and scope of some of the advertisement pictures that you see, what Elemental was able to create for me is an oasis of relaxation and an outdoor living space that you look for excuses to spend time in. I know that mere words can't do a review justice for the quality of the work and the company. However, I will tell you that I am already planning and working with Elemental to tackle the front of my property - perhaps in the spring. I hope that this last bit helps you understand how pleased I am with Elemental and all the work they performed for me.

I had a tree on my property that was cut while this company was doing work in my next-door…read moreneighbor's yard. The tree was cut during that process, and there did not appear to be active oversight of the crew at that moment. My neighbors did not request that my tree was cut, as they were not even aware it was being cut. Roman did not come to us to speak with us or ask permission before the tree on our property was cut. After noticing the issue, I spoke directly with the foreman, Roman. During that conversation, I was given several different explanations for why the cutting was not a concern. What was most upsetting to me was not only that my tree was cut while work was being done on another property, but the way my concerns were handled afterward. The situation was repeatedly minimized and I was told things like it "would grow back" and that I "had more privacy elsewhere in the yard." His responses felt unprofessional, and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of feeling heard, I felt as though I shouldn't be as upset as I was. After I walked away, I was also told by my husband that Roman referenced a past situation involving a property line dispute and court involvement. I can't speak to that situation, but it added to my confusion about why it was brought up in relation to my concerns.
