A few weeks later a neighbors fridge water line failed causing water to leak into my kitchen. I called the same team who fixed my bathroom, this time they were out within 3 hours to assess damage. The next day a crew was out to mitigate, with repair morning after. When you have to do this work it's very stressful, especially when you lose part of your kitchen for a time. But the RRR crew was great to work with, patient with my questions, and accommodating to requests (including wearing masks as I had a 2-week old newborn at home). We recently had replaced some overhead lighting in our home, which left some areas around the new lights that needed repair and painting. We had two areas on the ceiling and one on the wall that had different issues, but also needed repair and painting. Finally, we had a kitchen sink that was sagging because a couple of the undermount bolts were no longer tight. Both Vance and Manny were genuine, helpful, hard workers who paid attention to detail. They've made these areas of our home look brand new! The price as quoted was reasonable, Vance and Manny were prompt and did a great job cleaning up all the work areas. It was THIS connection of why I decided to choose his company. In the end what i had requested from the company was never completed to my satisfactory so I did it myself-- some stuff was done- about half the project from the company. It was my decision to not continue to reach out for the company to complete because I was tired of nagging them. The thing that upset me the most was that I requested for them to dig up some invasive lilies and each time (2 times they came out again) they told me they wouldd, and I would find them cut down (with pesticide over them im guessing?) and then hidden with mulch. My problem is the lack of honest cmmunication.
