This is definitely an establishment I will go back to. The owners (husband & wife) both work and run the operation. They are very friendly and helpful as they field questions from walk-ins and phone calls. As I was talking to them, they had no less than 4 phone calls an 2 walk-ins during a 20 minute period. One walk-in was a referral from a local car dealership and the other was an area police officer with his police SUV. Though I don't know if he was there to get work done on his police vehicle or his personal vehicle, usually police officers know the reliable (and reasonable) places to get service work done. Don't waste your time calling this "business". I've called there twice now (second time was to give them another chance after the rudeness I experienced the first time). Basically, the woman who answers the phone is polite at first. However, when the available appointments don't work with your schedule (as happened on my first call about a month ago), she gets real rude, real fast. She told me she owns this company and don't waste her time. She then hung up on me. I decided to give this company another chance today. I figured the person I spoke with before could simply have been having a bad day. Apparently, though, this is just the owner's normal, unprofessional way of behaving. On my call today, I was very cautious how I asked about getting in for a chip repair (the phone was answered with only the business name both times, so I did not know if I was speaking to the same person until the end of the call). She (Trish, according to their website) answered my question about whether the chip could be repaired and we moved on to scheduling an appointment for the following day. I made the mistake of mentioning that this was my second time calling about this repair and that's when she flew off the handle again. I was informed in a quite *itchy tone that "I own this business!" and "Why are you wasting my time!". I was then screamed at to never call there again. Hmmm....guess she canceled my appointment for tomorrow....cannot believe this "business" is even in operation when the owner exhibits such a rude phone persona. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they will appreciate your business and treat you with some customer service because you sure are not going to find it at this place.
